Absolutely LOVE this dog park. I just moved from Ahwatukee a couple weeks ago but during the 3 years I lived there I brought my dog here several times a week and always had a great experience. They have a good amount of space to run around, there are always balls out there for them to play with and big buckets of water to drink, and there are several tables to sit down at that are shaded by a big ramada. Everybody is really good about cleaning up after their dogs and all the ppl I've met there are wonderful. Even at its busiest it never feels over-crowded. There are 2 separate gated areas, one for small dogs and one for big dogs, and they both sit in the corner of a larger grass field that is nowhere near any main roads or busy streets. Every time I took my dog there, as soon as we'd pull into the parking lot she would go crazy with excitement.. she LOVED that park and all her doggy friends there and we will both truly miss spending time there every week. I highly recommend this park to anyone wanting to take their fur babies out to play and socialize with other dogs, they'll have a blast! I would honestly give it 10 stars if I could!!🐾🐶❤ *P.S. - If your dog enjoys playing in the water and/or swimming, Google the Cosmo Dog Park in Gilbert. It's a beautiful little beach for dogs with a large pool to swim and grassy fields for them to run. You can thank me later ;-)

I love this dog park because it's close to my house and there's a separate part for smaller dogs 25 pounds and under and another enclosure for the larger dogs 25 pounds and above. If you have a dog that is antisocial and does not get along well with others please do not bring it to this park so we don't have to worry about our animals getting into a fight because your dog never had proper socialization skills. We all greatly appreciate it. My only problem is that they turn off the lights too early for those of us who want to enjoy it in the very early morning or late in the evening Especially in the summer. Lots of people come to this park in the morning before work and in the evening after they get home. Plan your playtime accordingly.

Unfortunately many people take advantage of the empty small dog park and let their massive dogs and unfriendly dogs play in it.. Don't be selfish people keep your big dogs on the big dog side.. I drive here only because there is a small only area but recently a lot of people let their big dogs play in it.. I've rest it before and my dogs have been attacked by some of the bigger dogs that come in this area. Overall a very nice parking place to take your dogs..

Number of dogs and masters in the park. Only one family moved towards the small and then large dog park. After walking across the park I read the information on the dog parks being closed to create improvements. June 1, 2022 - August 15, 2022. There are two compounds and not a lot of shade. Hopefully more trees will be planted. The restrooms are considerable distance away and the drinking fountain next to pickle and tennis courts. I took multiple photos and videos none of which are posted. Among the photos is a park sign saying the dog parks, are closed from 06/01/22 -08/15/22 for upgrades included grass. Google Maps often will not approve edit. In this case the photo of sign. The reason being unable to substantiate. Very common occurrence. I typically provide photo, phone number...
