I had THE MOST WONDERFUL shopping experience here at the Phoenix Coach Outlet! Shoutout to SARAH, the best and most helpful virtual shopper they may have at Coach! When I ran into issues the day of the Disney X Coach line release with my payment portal via the awesome virtual shopping assistant service they offer (SO helpful during Covid! And for kiddos!) she accommodated my request so I could come into the lovely, bright and clean store to buy my bag today. I was so impressed when I first walked in with the amazingly friendly greeting from Candace and she immediately knew who I was - that was nothing short of telekinesis 😲 she asked me if I was talking with Sarah over text and I was welcomed by her as well! They quickly retrieved my item, and whilst they did that I was floored by the beautiful and clean store. I had to look around at the offerings! They have so much selection, and a lot of styles that are sold out online are available here! I snapped some photos and JJ was so kind and didn't make me feel awkward. She welcomed me and advised me to send as many photos to my friends as I wanted! It was nice to feel comfortable in a store I would not normally visit. Candace came over with my bag and it was stunning. After looking around for a few more minutes, my wallet started to cry that I can only get 1 😂 so I went to checkout and Candace materialized to assist me it - was rather remarkable. She was very kind, attentive and even applied my reward in store! Thank you to the staff at Coach Outlet Phoenix - starting with my call on Sunday 28 MAR at 1210 pm with Isaiah, and my virtual shopping experience with Sarah and her amazing customer service, to the service in the store - I will be back. Your team is amazing and I hope they receive kudos for this amazing experience. It is hard to impress anyone these days it seems... Coach Outlet Phoenix is doing it right! 👍🙌❤💋

Read moreI was in this store Friday with my family and I am not happy with the service I received they had such a nice selection many things caught my eye at my visit. I felt as though I had to rush people I was being watched and that made me extremely disappointed. From the time I walked in the store it was a African American woman at the door working as a greeter she greeted my family and I saying hi. An associate by the name of Miranda was nice as well she asked did I did her assistant and told me if I need help to come find her. My husband went to look in the men’s section and that’s when the visit took a turn. The manager lady she was at least late Fourties early fifties started following us around making us extremely uncomfortable. I then noticed she got on the mic and made the African American worker move from by the door and go straighten up mask and wallets by the register. As soon as I was ready to make a purchase she ask the African American lady to leave the register. If that’s not racial profiling then I don’t know what is she was following my family as well as another African American woman in the store other people just got to browse freely with no interruptions. Funny thing is we both made purchases and all of of sudden you didn’t see the lady anymore she didn’t say Thankyou or anything. I was visiting from out of town I will never patronize again. Read moreI placed an order early first thing Tuesday morning, January 7 later that afternoon I got an email with tracking numbers for all 3 items stating packages were ready for pick up. One item shipped out On Wednesday and is scheduled to be here on Tuesday, which is in the allotted 5 to 7 days that they state it will arrive while the other two of my packages are still at a standstill sitting at the warehouse in stock just waiting for pick up. It’s now Friday late afternoon and I’ve contacted customer service twice to inquire what is going on. Both times I’m fairly certain I’m just getting a robot who’s talking to me and nobody is willing to figure out what the holdup is and they state that my packages will arrive on Tuesday, we all know something coming from Florida is not going to arrive to Arizona by Tuesday when it’s Friday evening and it’s not even been sent out for delivery. If I were you, I would not order online and I would simply just go to the store to pick it up. Very disappointing to not be getting my packages on time and beyond disappointing that the customer service is terrible and won’t even inquire to find out what the holdup is when the items are in stock and just sitting at a standstill doing nothing since 1/7/2025 for the...
