Everyone who works at this location are absolutely wonderful. It started with me needing help from hours away. I placed a call to have Yvonne the store manager help me and she sent me a picture of a beautiful ring and I fell in love with it right away. She was very helpful during the whole process very knowledgeable and got me the best price for the item. And when it was time to pick up the item, all the ladies in the store also were very helpful, Amy the assistant manager, also Rachel, spent a few hours trying to help resolve an issue, and no one gave in until it was resolved. Having once again Yvonne see to it that everything was right and got me the price that was reflected by the sale….just a good group of ladies.

They have quite the team at this location. I give them 10 stars And will shop this location again even though it’s 3 hours from where I live The experience...

What an awesome experience we had at Zales.. Compliments galore! We worked with Rachel a few weeks ago to find a wedding ring upgrade (after 19 wonderful years of marriage). I explained the style of band and the type of metal I was most interested in, and Rachel showed us maybe a half-dozen rings that matched what I described.

One of the last ones she showed was the one, and I think she set it up that way. :) We checked out two other stores and saw some beautiful rings, but none as nice as 'the one.' A week later, it was sized to fit and on my finger.
