I want to leave a review and my experience with Arizona Diamond Center. My husband wanted to up Grade my wedding set for our anniversary I wasn’t sure what I wanted but I knew it had to be special and something no one els had after going to all the jewelry stores in the mall and around town I was feeling unsure about what I wanted because all the rings we saw looked the same just different prices. We had a few more stores to try we walked into Arizona Diamond Center and was greeted by Angela and Mary they wanted to know my likes and dislike and went through different rings with us and got a feel of what I was looking for they were amazing it was like talking to a friend not a sales person who was out to make a sale. They were able to take my ideas and make me my dream ring that is so beautiful I’m still shocked. I have never had such a good experience buying jewelry in the past I would feel pressured to buy and not sure of what I bought and the price. That is not the case this time. Angela and Mary are truly one of a kind we will always go to them to buy my jewelry now because they care about what u want and your budget and not just getting a sale. Several years ago, I had a ring customer-made using the diamonds from my grandmother's engagement ring and my mother's wedding ring. Because it is a valuable ring, not only in dollars but in sentimental value, and because I wear it all the time, I wanted to make sure the prongs and tips were in good shape so as not to take a chance of losing a diamond. I found Arizona Diamond Center by looking for "Jewelry Stores" at Superstition Mall, so thought I would check them out. When I went in, I met Anthony, who carefully examined the (multiple) diamonds and mounts and let me know there were a few tips that needed to be replaced because they were so thin, and several diamonds that needed to be "tightened down". When I learned that Sam does all work in the store and they were a family-owned business, I decided to leave my ring with them. Three hours later, I picked up my ring, and it was shining like new. I now feel confident about wearing my ring again, knowing that everything is secure. (Plus, they give a one-year warranty so that IF I were to lose a diamond, they will replace it.) My husband and I stopped in to admire your jewelry selection and I was greeted by Joe and my husband by Anthony. I really appreciate the warm welcome that we received from these two fine gentleman. Joe, my jewelry guide was warm, genuine and patient with me while trying to understand what I was looking for in a wedding set. He was thorough, thoughtful and genuinely kind. While Joe answered my numerous questions, Anthony walked my husband through your jewelry selection displaying an incredibly rich amount of information that helped my husband put together a timeline wish-list for our grandchildren so that they too will have a few beautiful pieces of jewelry hand-picked by both us and our new Jewelers Anthony and Joe. There is also a funny side note in that we were supposed to go to a different jewelry store and my husband (happy) accidentally took me there instead and it has proven to be one of our better mistakes. I normally do not ldo reviews but both Joe and Anthony deserve the kudos and have earned. We are above all loyal and they guaranteed our business for years to come.
