Went shopping with a friend to find a specific shirt when we walked by the Brooks brothers window and saw something that matched exactly what he was describing. Upon entering and looking for the top, an old lady with short copper reddish hair was incredibly short and rude when answering questions. With her snappy tone, it was clear she did not want us in her store, and so we didn't make it past the entrance section by the time we wanted to leave. We asked for the shirt on the mannequin, and she responded with "that's for a suit" without inquiring about the occasion or what the intended outfit was. We said it wasn't meant for formal wear and she said "well that's meant for a suit, there is more sports wear over there" as she gestured over to the section without approaching us, staying behind the counter. We kept browsing as our other friend wanted something to match, and the lady rudely exclaimed "thats a women's shirt." If I had been a secret shopper, I would have given her a zero score. This is definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had!! OMG HOWLL was Amazing! Solved all my worries instantly with a smile. I flew in From NY and my suit was super wrinkled and I lost my tie. I was in desperate need of a Steamer and a Tie because the wedding was the following day. I expressed my dilemma to Howll and he immediately told me not to worry he will take care of it.
