Frank DESTROYED my Long thick hair! I DID NOT request OR consent to the last haircut @ Saskia Salon yet FRANK cut anyways to MAKE HIS COMMISSION HIGHER DESTROYING My VERY LONG thick mid back length HAIR! I WAS COMPLETELY BUTCHERED by Frank's INCOMPETENCE & PURE GREED @ Saskia's Salon. I DID NOT ASK FOR or WANT this Haircut! Frank cut WITHOUT my permission & HE COMPLETELY DESTROYED LONG beautiful HAIR! I'm reminded DAILY as a year later it's STILL SHORT/THIN! (pictures) I HAVE SENT A DEMAND FOR REFUND - crooks at this salon have YET to refund the unwanted service that DESTROYED my hair. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE IS MY ADVICE.

In My YEAR long experience: Frank ALWAYS ADDED on NOT requested services, treatments & CUTS to increase total bill to a $400+ Bill EVERY TIME! - (Photo of average bill.) I'd declined the “SNEAK IN” at wash time - "RIP OFF $40 TREATMENT" that ruins your hair! He did it anyway. You see other reviews say the SNEAK IN a treatment!" HONEST Businesses DO NOT need to SNEAK in $40 "Treatments!" I’d decline $100+ Haircuts I DID NOT WANT or NEED - FRANK DID IT ANYWAY -- I SERIOUSLY REGRET EVER going to FRANK a PURE CON MAN! My last visit I DID NOT REQUEST OR WANT a Cut! Frank TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF to CUT my hair, he used thinning shears & cut THIN LAYERS I DID NOT ASK FOR OR WANT - showing his PURE INCOMPETENCE! ABSOLUTELY MOST HORRENDOUS Haircut of MY LIFE! See before and AFTER PHOTOS!! Frank DESTROYED my thick LONG hair! ABSOLUTE WORST of my life! Shocking how BADLY this cut was done - THINNED TERRIBLY by FRANK an INCOMPETENT STYLIST! Frank COMPLETELY RUINED My thick long hair -TAKING YEARS to grow back from his HORRENDOUS DAMAGE! ADDITIONAL GREED- Frank - told me to THROW OUT BRAND NEW Moroccan Oil ($48 each) & new products I had stocked up on ONLY to TRY & SELL me product at Saskia Salon ! Frank's a complete CON MAN - I was a complete FOOL to EVER go to him, he COMPLETELY RUINED my LONG, beautiful hair ALL FOR COMMISION & GREED!

MORE SCAM: The front desk at Christmas BOGO - WILL DOUBLE charge you for the so called By one get one Free! They won't have the item in stock, ask you to pay, then when the product is IN then charged AGAIN when it was not in stock so you PAY FOR EVERY PRODUCT NOT honoring BOGO EVER! Scamming tactics are all they run at this salon.

At my new salon - stylist said I'm the 3rd PERSON who has shared similar experience - bad haircuts and treatment from Saskia Salon!

The owner Saskia's RESPONSE - demonstrates SASKIA IS AS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL & unprofessional owner! A FULL REFUND (I've DEMANDED by Mail & still waiting for) & APOLOGY should have been the ONLY response! Obviously Saskia must be TRAINING her staff to run SCAMs to DRIVE up prices. NO Apology after my HORRIFIC experience by her Stylist Frank. CLAIMS to protect my identity - published my name to be SURE disclose my identity. If you need EVEN MORE REASON TO AVOID Saskia's Salon - owner INTENTIONALLY does things to try to damage former clients! Clearly TRAINS her stylists to RIP you off as you can see other comments, people who didn't want the $40 treatment given it ANYWAY against their will. Also state the WORST experience of their lives. Saskia's response STRENGTHENS MY ONE STAR REVIEW! FRANK COMPLETELY RUINED MY HAIR, before Saskia's Salon I HAD GORGEOUS HAIR -they RUINED MY HAIR!

SASKIA: I DID NOT ENJOY MY LAST YEAR, I FELT RIPPED OFF EVERY VISIT! I WISH I HAD LEFT FAR SOONER!! You owe me REFUND! My 16-year-old would do better & she told me immediately after my last cut as Saskia's how thin and TERRIBLE my hair looked. PICTURES SHOW...

Very disappointed with the service my mother received at this salon, especially since this was supposed to be a special treat for her birthday. We booked expecting professional care, but the experience felt rushed and disorganized from the start.

The stylist, Jamie, was clearly overwhelmed—constantly distracted by phone calls from her children and tending to other clients during my mom's appointment. My mother, being a mother herself, was understanding to a point, but it got to the level where it affected the quality of her service. Jamie kept stepping away and the attention to detail just wasn’t there. If she couldn’t fully commit to the appointment, it would have been more professional to either reschedule or pass my mom on to someone who could.

To make matters worse, my mom’s hair looked nearly the same as when she walked in—still some yellow tones left, and overall just a basic cut and style. Yet she still paid $200 and left a 20% tip. When I tried to raise concerns with Jessica, she became irritated and defensive, offering excuses instead of solutions.

The owner, Sashkia, did call us afterward and was polite and professional, which I appreciated. However, looking at my mother’s hair on her birthday, it’s hard not to feel let down. I also learned during the call that the stylists could give more focused, uninterrupted attention for an extra $100 or so—something we were never offered or made aware of when booking. Had we known that was the only way to get proper, dedicated service, we would have reconsidered the appointment entirely.

Overall, the experience felt like a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon. The lack of communication, double-booking, and poor results left us feeling extremely...

Over the last 2 weeks, both my daughter and I have gotten our hair cut at Saskia. Let me tell you - I was nervous! My daughter is 13 and had been growing her hair out for years... Then she decided a few months ago that she wanted to chop it all off and get a sort of "rock 'n roll pixie" type of style (almost shaved on each side and longer on top).

I didn't have a "go-to" stylist so I read some reviews online and decided I'd try Saskia. With my fingers (and toes) crossed, I brought my daughter in.

As soon as we met Jessica, I knew we were in great hands. She was confident and friendly and open. She saw the photos that my daughter brought with her and she knew how to make a style like that work for my girl. By the time we walked out of the salon, my daughter's entire vibe changed! She was THRILLED with her new style! She went from being a girl who barely BRUSHED her hair to being a confident young teen who wanted to learn how to take care of it. She even told me that her new style made her feel more like 'herself' and that she likes looking in the mirror now. All because of a haircut. :-) And all because of JESSICA.

As I was paying for my daughter's hair cut I decided to make an appointment for myself the next week. I just got home from mine and - let me tell you - it has been YEARS since I've felt this confident! I look amazing! Jessica somehow managed to make my long, annoyingly-thick hair almost weightless. And she didn't sacrifice the length to do it. It's not the "extreme hair makeover" like my daughter had but it FEELS like it for me and I'm forever grateful for Jessica.
