ZK Grill — Restaurant in Phoenix

I decided to place an order to pick up, I drove 15 -20 mins while I was on my phone trying to reach them, I ended up calling 15 times in 20mins and no one answer after ringing so many times. Finally I arrived and noticed they were open and just ignoring calls( Being busy I understand) then I came to order at the cashier the Blone Gril at the counter didnt greet me at all which I was fine with that but also was so rude and pushy and wanted to take the order so fast, she was Hesitant to answer questions about menu. This is my second encounter with her and both times she disappointed me for going there. I was thinking that she might just was rude to me but when I stepped aside she was even rudder to young lady behind me, she was rolling her eyes because it took young lady longer to decide what she wanted. Apparently she is the owner's son's Girlfriend and thats why they keep here there. My advice for Owner is for sakes of business she should Not be allowed to take orders or be face of your business, you have definitely lost my business and I am sure many others , just for having a rude unprofessional casher up front

I really hope you would put her through extensive customer service training and make sure she is nice to customers as they are backbone of your business.

I enjoy trying every kind of food from every region of the world that I can find. Not only is ZK Grill the best Mediterranean restaurant I've tried, but it's also the third best food of any kind from Fort Bragg in North Carolina to the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California.

From flavor to portion size to cost, ZK Grill is consistently phenomenal, plentiful, and affordable. Despite living in a very thriving eatery neighborhood with an exceptional list of quality restaurants, I try to eat here once a week.

The only drawback is that they don't serve even more selections of food. Their daily specials could easily be every day items on the menu as I have a tough time ordering from here on days other than Friday because the pomegranate chicken special is quite, absurdly delicious.

I generally have difficulty trying to choose between the food and end up ordering multiple different items. I can say that my favorites are the lamb wrap, the filet and chicken entree combo, and the shrimp entree. With these three choices, I generally get all of their best flavors. Also, I add a side of feta cheese, and a side order of their grilled peppers and onions. It's the perfect meal every time.

I couldn't recommend a restaurant higher than ZK Grill. Even if you are with a picky eater, there is something...

I tried several times to get in touch with the manager or the owners before I write this review. I sent messages on their website and my phone call was not answered at all. It’s very disappointing, because I’m Persian myself and these Persian owners are representing our food and culture in a negative way. For starters, the food was decent but recently it has been too salty and greasy. Whenever the older guy in the kitchen is at the chandler location the fries are crispy and perfect. When his not there the fries are soggy and greasy. Sorry I don’t know all of their names. The two Mexican guys at the front are welcoming and nice however the Hispanic lady in the kitchen kept staring at me and not even saying hi or how can I help? The employee with the name of “Harmony” is a terrible customer service person and she was arguing with me that the yogurt is extra and doesn’t come with the food, when in fact every time we ordered chicken shawarma plate it came with it. It’s crazy how she was going back and forth with me about a small side. The worst part is you guys fail to answer or get back to me as a loyal customer.
