I have had some bad experiences but this one tops it. Me and my co-worker had an appointment set for 5:30 pm and our appointment didn't end until about 8:30 pm which was over an hour after their close time. We also waited about 20 to 30 mins when we came in to have someone start working on our feet and nails, that put a bad taste on my mouth! Appointments are supposed to be priority but it's not like that here..Once JC(the women who did my nails) realized what time it was, she started closing as she did my nails! She had me pay/tip after placing the acrylics then went through and did a HORRIBLE job with the nail polish and gems. Both me and my friend got acrylics, his fell off the next day! He went back a few days later when he had time and they fell off again, even the lady who worked on them the second time said they were way too thin... Mine look sloppy and NOT what I asked her for. This is a clean facility, that's why i gave it two stars...Very disappointed, i should go in and show the manager but instead i will show the customers.. They aren't worth over 100$ I paid for them! The picture with the pink bow was the picture i brought into them and it turned into that diamond bow and sloppy silver lines....I wish I wouldn't have paid for this!

**Updated Review:** This is the kind of place you *always* come back to — the one that feels like home 🏡💖. I've been going to this salon on and off for years, and every single time I return (even after long breaks — we're talking 5, 6, 7 years!), they remember me *and* ask about my mother by name 🥹💅. That kind of warmth and personal connection is rare, and it’s why they’ll always be my favorite 💯✨. There was a period where I stopped going for a bit — I felt like things were getting rushed 🏃‍♀️, and I didn’t love getting a pedicure and nails done at the same time 🫣🦶💅. My nails weren’t lasting as long, and it felt like they weren’t giving them enough dry time ⏳. But I’m happy to say that’s no longer the case — I’m back, baby! And the quality, attention to detail, and friendly atmosphere are exactly what I missed 💕🫶🎉. They go out of their way to make you feel seen — not just as a customer, but as a person 👀🧘‍♀️. Whether it’s chatting with another client next to you 🗣️💬 or catching up with your nail tech, it always feels like a welcoming space where everyone belongs 🥰🛋️. Highly recommend — not just for great nails, but for that rare sense of *community* that keeps you coming back 💅🌈💖👯‍♀️.

It’s always nerve racking to try a new nail salon after you’ve been loyal to another shop and tech for over 5 years.. But when “my girl” moved back to Korea, I started researching a spot closer to home and Shayna’s came up with rave reviews, customer pictures, etc so I made an appointment online (which i loved!) and went in today to be greeted by EVERY tech. Although this shop is smaller than my old place, it was clean, comfortable, welcoming and my tech did an AMAZING job! i am blessed to have my new place in one try! my nails look just like the picture that I showed her and my toes look even better than they did before! Can’t wait to go back!

UPDATE: I was kind enuff to still give a 4* rating until I got the below response. They didn't even bother to read my post before replying... Ok, possible language barrier issue, but if they run a business in the US, they are going to have to be familiar with Google translate... Ok, I am overthinking. Please, read on.....

Ive been coming here on occasion for like 30 yrs. It use to be owned by a woman named Lee and She called it Happy Nails and i have never had a complaint. I always go straight there without question whenever the need for a nail salon visit. But, today i took my 14 yr old daughter to get a full set with white tips/french tip (exact verbage) for the 8th grade promotion dance. The price on the phone was $60 but the tech said $65.. and online their website had a $45 white tip full set advertised. They insisted that that was not the type of nail that she was asking for. After trying to get an idea of the difference between the two sets long enough my daughter was getting impatient, and I decided that they likely know what they are talking about, they do this all day... My daughter had a picture on her phone of the way she wanted her nails done. The gentleman doing her nails barely glanced at it. She looked at me weird and so I asked him if he was able to see the details of the photo ok on her phone and held it up to him again. He glanced quickly and insisted he knew what she wants. I could tell she was not thrilled a few times and tried to get her to discuss what she was unhappy with and she was embarrassed, as is typical for her in an odd encounter like this... but when we were done she was really unhappy with them. First they painted the white tip versus the base nail they use being a white tip already with a clear coat over it. Not just that, but primarily that the acrylic or gel he used was pink. That is clearly not what was used in the picture.... I spent $75 for her to be unhappy and unwilling to go back and see what they could do... I pressed the issue until we weren't speaking.

Also. I have decided against taking the photo she brought with her and a close up of the nails she ended up with and addressing it with him myself. Because afterall, the point was her getting the result she asked for, not complaining or wanting anything from them... i'm sad about it, but I might start looking around for...

This salon has been my number 1 choice ever since they opened about gees like over 7 years ago i think? Its been SO long it seems, but they have known me since my daughter was a baby (she got her 1st pedicure at this salon)...they watched her grow AND i watched their 2 girls grow as well...their young daughters would come into the salon often before the store closed, after they got picked up from daycare. They were so well behaved and so cute...the salon is named after their oldest daughter Shayna...i also watched this salon grow & be remodeled even bigger because of their success and they sure deserve it...EVERYTIME i call to make an appointment they recognize my voice and as soon as i walk in their doors I am greeted by name as well as every regular person that walks in too...it is SO busy everytime I am there because, it is such an awesome place but, there is never a crazy wait time, they are very well staffed and I have never seen an unhappy person yet. I cannot believe the reviews with one star...one of the reviews i cannot even understand what they are saying and that doesnt sound at all like this salon...Id say if anything, it was a new employee that didnt last long which is not something that is the owners faults and they cannot help that...4.8 stars out of all those reviews and in so many years of business SAYS IT ALL...i actually am overdue for a pedicure bad and will be seeing them sometime this week too!!! I suggest you try them and have either Tu (the owner) or Kathy (Tu sister in law) do your nails if you want to request someone I know firsthand is...

I travel 45 mins to have my nails done and the first time I was very impressed. The last two times, I made and appointments and had a very long wait. Today is officially my last vist. I called 3 days in advance to set up appt. I arrived on time and sat down for my service, after removing my acrylic nails, I was asked to wait about 5 minutes as she left to work on another customer. I know there's some double appointments at times which is fine. She returned after nearly 30 minutes later. Then 5 minutes after resuming my "scheduled appointment " I was asked to move to another location as they were having new furniture delivered. One would think after they had me wait over 30 minutes they'd be mindful of my time. Not even close, once I sat in another spot after 15 minutes she never returned. I had no other choice but to leave after being there for and 1.5 with only glued tips in place and perhaps another 1.5 to complete my full set. Once I made it home I removed the glued on tips and will have to find another shop to do them next week. What a waste of my time. If you have 4 hours to spare, they do quality work. But there customer service is less than satisfactory based on what I've experienced from other nail shops. I will find something closer to my...
