This place used to be one of the best Chinese stores in Arizona, but now it has gone down especially over in the meat area, I went over there to place a order of fish to be cleaned and cut, they have 2 old people in back doing what the young people should be doing. Very slow takes about 20+ minutes to clean and cut a fish. This lady wanted me to walk away so I don’t see her picking up a fish that was on floor and she put it along with the wish I had choose. I mean how can you pick up food on floor in this COVID with all the germs going on.. Noodles, sauces, flavorings, pickled goods, spices, meat & fish, cookware, glassware. It's nearly a restaurant supply place. It's the only place I've found fresh lemongrass lately. It's not yuppiefied, it's utilitarian. Don't go there looking for a Whole Foods vibe, but you also won't get hit with Whole Paycheck syndrome.
