I was concerned about this location because of all the picture when you type in just the address not the Nomad Phoenix. Me and a friend about rescheduled because of this. But We decided to take a gamble and was very pleased. It was the best VRBO I have rented with a ton of things like shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, etc. things that most places don’t have any more. I probably wouldn’t walk in this neighborhood but I definitely felt safe. It was a gated area that had a code for not only the pool and front area but...

So glad I chose this AirBnB. It's managed by a local small team which provides great customer service whenever you need anything. The home and the pool were immaculately clean and well stocked. The entire place is gorgeous and modern, it's exactly what I was looking for for my trip to Phoenix. Would 100% recommend if you're looking for...
