Go Store It Self Storage — Attraction in Pico Rivera

I initially signed up with GoStorelt at a reasonable rate, which I felt was fair for the space and location. However, without any meaningful notice or justification, my monthly rent was recently increased nearly triple my original payment. This massive jump was completely unexpected and extremely disappointing. I tried to call the facility multiple times over the past week, but no one ever answered. It's frustrating to have such a major issue and not even be able to speak to someone about it. To make matters worse, I checked online and found that similar units at the same location are listed for almost $100 less than what I'm being charged - and that's before applying any of their promotional discounts. I understand prices can change, but this feels like price gouging and a complete lack of transparency or customer care. I wouldn't recommend GoStorelt to anyone unless you're okay with sudden, unexplained rate hikes and poor...

Update: I was helped out over the phone. Super easy process to get and to move out of a storage unit. Place is clean and well maintained. Price jump over a year was kinda dramatic which is why I moved.

Update: have been trying to “move out” I emptied my unit. I’ve come by 3 different times this week (M-W) and every time the office has been closed. I’m moving out of town so it is very inconvenient. Their office hours are 9:30-5pm M-F and no one is here after 12pm it seems. T:2pm closed W:3:30-4 closed So when are you open? You should really update your customers.

I came here not to long ago to start renting a unit. Person helping me was helpful. But now a couple months in and they have now jacked up the price. I was paying $98 for my unit and now they’re trying to charge me $351? Which is close to 4x the amount I was previously paying and they just decided to do it randomly. Very unprofessional from a company to raised prices by that much just from one month to another. Im going to be I’m seeing other people are having this issue now as well. This company is not going to last long if this is how they treat their clients by racking up the price by more than 3x randomly. I’m leaving from this storage unit...
