Excellent customer service. The manager, Daniel, was very friendly. He walked us through a few different options and was very clear about the pricing and very pleasant. The facility/building is pristine. Super clean, easy to access, and near tons of shops if you want to run errands before or after you swing by your storage unit. Also, the hours of access for the units are very flexible. So glad we found this storage place! (Don't let the Google street view confuse you. There IS a building there. It's just very new, from what I understand, so it's not in the current street view, at least as of mid-June 2024.)
