If I could give service a zero I would. Online app order was not ready but no big deal right? It wasn't super busy but no problem. I ordered a 2 item plate with all chow main with teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef. They gave it to me finally and said thanks for your patience. Great. Long drive home on a Friday before a long weekend and wouldn't you know it. They didn’t put the teriyaki chicken. How do you miss an item on a 2 item combo? That's not even the worst part. When I call the girl on the line pretty much had the attitude that she couldn't care less and just said come right back and we'll give you the chicken we didn’t include in the first place. That pretty much sent me over the edge. I'm no Karen but that was ridiculous. Asked to speak to the manager Vince and he made a good effort to at least acknowledge my frustration and I settled down. Ordered online: just Know that if they mess up on your meal, and you call to complain that you received the wrong item, plate or order they may or may not write your name down for a refund of same plate. My experience, they messed up on my son’s plate we purchased for a field trip. (Not looking until next morning) it was a completely wrong order! I immediately called that morning, the manager “wrote “ my name down and said to come back for refund or any plate on a future date. Well… today, I went to pick up my “refund plate” and no one wrote anything down. With proof of receipt in hand that I ordered and what was wrong. I ordered 2 plates. 1 regular and 1 bigger plate (the one with 1 side and 3 entrees. I ordered chowmein, orange chicken, brocolli beef and firecracker shrimp on that one. I ordered pickup, so when I got home, I come to find my plate is literally just chow mein and orange chicken. I did not pay 11 something for just noodles and orange chicken. They gave me a small order of mushroom chicken on the side that I didnt ask for. Were they out of the other items I ordered or what?
