Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

We were looking forward to eating ce it had been awhile that we had eaten at wienerschnitzel, there was 3 customers eating, we came in waited about 7 mins to order another 15 mins to get our food as we were eating 2 other customers came in we noticed they waited about 15 mins to order the lady behind the counter took one guys order n walked away he had ordered his food and a cup of water, the customer asked can I have the cup of water no response, the lady gave him his food 20 mins later she gave him his order n a cup of water. The second customer walked out because he didn't have enough money to buy his food. My sister walked out n offered to buy thw man his food n she did but as my sister was paying the lady behind the counter told her not to give the man the receipt. As I was watching and listening I couldn't understand why she would tell my sister that well tur s out the receipt had a free item . I didn't appreciate her comment. I gave the man the receipt n told him he had every right to get the free item for my sister had PAID for his food. I can't understand when did we lose our empathy our humanity our respect for those who are down on their luck. All I can say is that I will never go back to this particular place. And one day she too will fall down...

This place is not even worth A STAR, first of all, the guy at the register, Anthony, does not know math, second is that 3 other orders that were placed after mine were served before me, Anthony said they were backed up and busy with 5 employees, 1 in the drive thru who was handling her own orders, the 1 guy on the register and 3 cooks, I'm inside the restaurant watching everything, they were not busy AT ALL, third Anthony even served the order wrong, was for dine in and he gave me the order to go, not even complete, doesn't take that long to serve 12 mini corn dogs 1 shake and a banana split when an order after me had 3 chili cheese dogs a banana split and a large chilli cheese fry, and fourth no manager was there, she arrived after I finally received my complete order and not even in uniform!!! What is that about!?!?!? It's stupid ridiculous service. This place needs better, I mean way better employees, service and management. This needs a makeover before a lawsuit. My banana split I asked no peanuts, 3 times!!! I still got peanuts on my banana split!!!!!! I'm extremely disappointed with my visit and honest, I won't be coming back again. Shows why they are...

You know I'm going to admit something that I don't do very often. But I lived in Chicago for quite a while and they really do have like the best hot dogs ever that I've tried. However, there's something about Wienerschnitzel I guess if you grew up in LA, because the moment I hit LA again I wanted Wienerschnitzel. Now I don't know about you guys but as far as I know everybody knows what a double chili cheese dog is. It's got that slice of American cheese on the bottom, hot dog, chili and then a ton of shredded cheddar on top. I've always ordered that never had a problem. Well I'm the type of person that usually double-checks everything I ordered to make sure it's okay before I drive away or take it home to eat cuz that's usually what I do. Apparently that was my mistake I'll take part of the blame for that, but this Wienerschnitzel in Pico Rivera did not know what a double cheese chili dog was!! So my order when I got home was all messed up and I was not a happy camper. So I guess the moral of this story guys is always double check your order before you leave...
