Excellent customer service. The manager, Daniel, was very friendly. He walked us through a few different options and was very clear about the pricing and very pleasant. The facility/building is pristine. Super clean, easy to access, and near tons of shops if you want to run errands before or after you swing by your storage unit. Great service, Alfred explained billing straight forward. Place is really clean and it feels/looks secure. While I was moving out from the previous storage company I recommended GoStoreit to other people and now they are next to me. On the cons I only found that are about 8 parking spots with just three in front of the only one and main entrance. I was helped by Cherelle and she was very patient and helped me get a unit more accessible to me than what I originally rented out. They have units that require a ladder and it was rly hard for me to put my belongings in there, I’m not sure if that information is accessible but I did not know! Cherelle gave me the suggestion to get a mattress vacuum bag so hopefully that works out better for me 🙏🏽
