I purchased a tool cart exactly three weeks ago. I came in to ask about it’s Status since I was never given a tracking number or even an estimate how long it will take. Three weeks should’ve been enough. I was told by the cashier with a huge smile that it was just sold to someone else. The manager arrived and I explained my situation; he then tells us they had been calling me and left many voicemails and since no answer they decided to sale it. I asked to verify the number they were “calling” he said he couldn’t show it to me since they no longer had it. He walked away. I was able to see on the screen when the cashier was giving me my refund my info. Had her read it back to me it was the correct number I showed her that I had no missed calls or voicemails and they wouldn’t tell me when these “calls” were made. They didn’t even apologize. I will never return...
