Horrible service overpriced and cheap parts and they will not honor their "15 day warranty replacement". First off screen replacement is the most expensive $126 for a screen, i went in because it was close and i had seen it before and my phone was not working the screen broke i could not look up reviews- the guy said it would be 15 minutes i went to the bathroom and comeback the place was closed i waited for an hour for him to come back. He tells me when he gets back that my phone isnt done because i should pay for a new battery and he will give me a discount $65 to do it right then- i say im good i will look into it he sais its his responsibility to tell me my phone could hurt me if im using it while charging. When i got home i realized there is a dead pixel on the new screen he just replaced i dont go back immediately because i was there so long- its been two days i come back to tell him and sais there is a scratch on the screen so the warranty is void and he will not replace it- mind you i have had the plastic on the screen for two days and it has been in my purse there is a scratch on a side of the screen far from the dead pixel it is smaller that 8pt font literally this screen is so cheap it is scratched from being in my purse he said i should have bought the screen protector, i tell him the screen he put on my phone was faulty to begin with i didnt notice until i got home and the scratch is no were near the damaged on the screen he said he would have replaced it if i bought a screen protector that he told me to buy- insane waste of money go anywhere else or be ripped off now i have an overpriced screen that...
Read moreI went into this location on a Tuesday afternoon to repair the screen on 2 Motorola edge (2021) phones. I was aware that these are older phones and parts might not be in stock. So I was quotes $90 each phone. I paid a $100 deposit to order both screens and was told they would be in Thursday and they would call me. I told him no problem, Friday would be better for me anyways. He said he would call either way
Come Friday, no call. So Saturday, I called the location to check status and there was no answer. I left a message and also texted the number with the same message as I noticed that there office phone was a cell phone.
I received no call or text back. It is now Monday. They open at 10. I called, no answer. It's 11:15. So I drove to Walmart to see them in person. The lights are on but the gate is pulled and locked closed. I stand outside the gate and call, I hear ringing but no answer. I stand there for 15 minutes, nobody comes.
So I moved over to customer service to ask if they had a way to get a hold of the owner and while I'm waiting in line, I see the owner walk out, lock the gate and leave. So he was in the store the entire time I was there and while I called.
At this point I would not recommend and will be filing charges for fraud against my credit...

My phone started acting up the next day but I was very busy to take it back. My phone started selecting keys and calling people as if it had a mind of its own so I decided to go take it to a near Best Buy that was apple certified. They ran diagnostics and told me that my screen was not the original from Apple and that I would have to replace the screen for $200.00 in addition to purchasing the battery for $90.00 if I wanted my phone fixed.
