My elderly father paid for his food with a 100 bill and only received 5 dollars in change. He only bought about 15 dollars worth of chicken. When he asked for the remaining change, the male cashier insisted he already gave him his change because he paid with a 20. My dad told him he was sure he gave him a 100 bill and wanted his change. Another young female employee, also claimed they didn't carry any 100 bills in the cash register. Then, another employee, claiming to be the owners wife, came to see what the problem was. She went through the cash register. The wife's owner found the 100 bill underneath smaller bills and when the cashiers were asked about the large bill and the cashiers acted "surprised". You CASHIERS ought to be ashamed of yourself for treating my dad like if he was a liar. You may fool a lot of innocent customers on the daily, but I'm so glad you didn't...

Just finished BBQ'ng some Pastor's meat and chicken. First, let me tell you that I have had La Venadita, Whittier farms, Vallarta and other Carnicerias in San Gabriel that I can't remember. This meat and chicken from Pastor's I think is the best, not only me but other friends that joined me also thought it was the best meat I've BBQued. It was the talk of the night. The meat was so tender and not like jerky or meat that you gotta keep chewing where your jaw starts to hurt. The chicken was also really great. I usually dont give reviews except the owner was really rude. Costumer service is not great. They refused to help out my coworker and only gave him a couple of choices. I got a carne asada burrito. The meat needed flavor, it had too much rice and beans and i got cilantro and onion only in the last bites. He got a plate of trocitos en chile verde that only came with 3 small pieces of meat while the rest was sauce. They really like to skimp you out.
