On September 21, 2024 Baers delivered my sons bedroom set along with Dining set, tables and chairs. When delivering the glass table, inside the box and on top of the dolly; the glass that weighs about 400-600 lbs. came out of the box and unto our porcelain tile floor. We remodeled our home with new tiles on 2021. Baers has tried to match our tile from the same tile company that we purchased our tiles. The shade is not the same since we remodeled our home during covid. Our tile broke in the middle of our hallway and when one tile is replaced, you risk the surrounding tiles from breaking too. Due to not finding a suitable replacement that matches the proper shade; we will have to retile our entire home again. We hired an adjuster and have sent quotes on October 2024. We really wanted to resolve this matter without incurring legal fees but due to the lack of progress; we were forced to hire an attorney. On February 3rd, our attorney who will be representing us sent Baers a letter requesting information on our case status. To date, we have not heard from them. We have filed with Better Business Bureau, Yelp and here. Kelly their Business Manager has reached out on March 8th and would like to look into this matter and yet today, March 27th we still have no response from anyone. Read moreMy furniture order from Baer’s was delivered this afternoon. I purchased a Flexsteel leather reclining sofa and two leather recliners plus battery packs for all. What a wonderful experience! For selection of the furniture at the showroom in Pinecrest on US1, I was assisted by sales professional Ileana. I came into the store looking for a small end table and left with a leather living room set! She was knowledgeable, friendly, jovial, and did not hesitate to walk the entire two floors of the showroom with me. She was wearing heels! Consequently, I saw the three pieces on display on the second floor and simply had to buy them! Today’s delivery experience was just as impressive. The gentleman in charge, I believe his name is Jonathan or John, explained everything to me regarding the operation of the battery packs, how to charge them, and then instructed me on how to disassemble the cords so that they are not visible once a full charge is completed. He was a good teacher to the two assistants with him on assembling the furniture. Also, he was such a perfect brand ambassador that I had to ask how long he had worked for Baer’s… 27 years! Read moreThe service at the store was excellent, the delivery was done on time and as requested. The unit the sofa has some problems with the mechanical components that lift the legs and support the back and headrest. The buttons do not work on the side of the unit and one of the sides has a noise when you raise the legs. We have a dress it with Customer Service and they’re working on it. They’re sending out someone to take a look and I have promised to it to work properly. The three stars refer to the fact that the unit should’ve come in proper working condition.

I received a call the same day from customer service letting me know that a new unit would be delivered on Saturday. They apologized for the mishap with the sofa. Anything can happen, it’s how you’re treated when there’s a problem that is important. They stand behind their furniture & did a good job of following up and taking care of us.
