I placed an order for pick up 30 minutes in advance, while speaking to the person taking my order they had to confirm that it was a pick-up order 3 times because of their lack of attention. I was told that I could pick it up at the time I requested. When I arrive the person who took my order rudely ignored me while I waited for them to attend to me. I was told that the driver just left with my food (to the wrong address) even though I confirmed it was a pick-up order. They said the driver had left with my order accidentally and then told me “you can’t wait five minutes?” I ignored the rude comment and tried to find another solution. She said she could tell the driver to deliver it to the correct address so I made sure to let her know that the driver might have to wait for me. When I arrive to my house (not 10 minutes later) the driver was nowhere to be found. I call the “restaurant” back and the person that took my order says that the driver called me three times which was a lie, I have the call logs to prove it. Then instead of being apologetic she blames the problem on me. I come to find out she was the “Manager”. Even when I brought up the issue about the food possibly arriving cold she told me again “it’s only 5 minutes” instead of assuring me that they would handle it. There’s no customer service here. To put the cherry on top she hands the phone to someone who doesn’t know English so that I would get frustrated and hang up. Save your money and go somewhere nicer and more reliable. I’ve seen how dirty the kitchen is....

This was our second time ordering delivery from New China II and it was the same experience. It was fast, portions were generous, and order was accurate.

I ordered two of their lo mein dishes (chicken and vegetable) and their noodles are delish!! They had a really nice, rich earthy flavor and the sauce was very light. I also ordered pork dumplings which were large and flavorful, they really didn't need any sauce to dip them in. The star of the food show was the sesame tofu which was amaaaaaaazing. There were 2 adults and 1 child tonight and the three of us plowed through the sesame tofu. It's really good.

We will definitely be ordering from them again to try other things on the menu,...

Went there after being rudely handled several times by the guy at the front with that hat first time I ordered spring rolls and they shorted me one an where mini as heck and the guy was rude second experience I asked for a cup of ice he told me no rudely and to go across the street and the third experience the same guy treated me rudely again as he rushed me an when I ordered he changed the price on me but then when I had someone call to order the same thing it was a much lower price. So never again. I rather go elsewhere because Ive given him one too many of chances so new China could never get...

I personally think this is a solid chinese spot, not too expensive and good portions. I had ordered the spring rolls, general taos tofu, veggie lo mien, and thai donuts. All of that was around $32 since online fees. I tried to call but it was a difficult process. The spring rolls were horrible and the general toas had no spice but other than that everything was really hitting the spot. I really enjoyed my food other than lack of spice. veggie lo mien and the donuts were too good!! definitely would recommend!!

First time ordering from here and the food is very good and you truly can’t beat the prices for the amount of food you get. I ordered steamed pork dumplings (and they ended up giving me more pieces than it said online 👍🏻), wonton soup, and chicken fried rice. I paid $13 for all of this! It was also ready very quickly.

Do not order the crab with cream cheese wontons. It was literally just fried wonton skins. There was no filling whatsoever. The sweet and sour pork was good, but there were a few pieces that were just fried batter and no pork inside.
