I'm glad to see so many positive reviews of this spa, although we did not get to experience it. I made reservations online and completed the information WITH birthdates as requested. Nowhere on the forms did it indicate an age restriction. In addition, I checked in with my daughter two days before to verify our appointments, as it was the busy Thanksgiving holiday. When we showed up for our planned appointments on Friday for massages and nails/facial, we were very disappointed to find out the spa had an age restriction. While I understand this, there were two opportunities for the staff to let me know this - when I booked online and when I showed up in person to verify our plans. When I asked where the information was stated on the website, they had to claw down thru 10-12 "FAQs" to show the age restriction. I stated that since I didn't have questions, not being new to spas, I didn't read all of them and they shouldn't expect anyone to. To their credit, they did not charge me fees for cancellation, but my daughter was so upset. She was really looking forward to our mother-daughter spa day, as was I. So, if you plan to go to this spa, you can only go with someone 18+ and to be honest, this resort really doesn't seem to cater/encourage children. The spa facility looks lovely, what...

My sister and I came to the spa for the first time. The experience was ruined due to an employee being inconsiderate of others feelings. My sister has eczema, and her massage therapist made rude comments, which caused her to have an emotional breakdown. I spoke with the manager, which was okay; however, she didn’t rectify the issue or try to compensate us for her staff ruining our experience. We will never come back and will not recommend this place to others. Our plethora is very large, so we will let it be known that this place made us feel less than. They offered us a day to come get in the pool, but when you spend $400 plus dollars on services, that’s not good enough for us. I tried to avoid making this review, but because the manager was not making it right, I had to. We either want our money back or a redo. This was not only unethical, but also appeared to be very biased. We are educators that were simply trying to enjoy a much-needed relaxation day to just decompress and enjoy a nice luxury day. Hmmmmm, that...

My partner and I had an incredible experience at Pinehurst Spa for a couples massage. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcome and at ease. The environment was peaceful, clean, and beautifully designed to promote relaxation.

Our massage therapists were outstanding—professional, attentive, and truly skilled. They took the time to ask about any areas of concern or focus and tailored the massages perfectly to our needs. Every detail, from the soothing aromatherapy to the heated tables, made it feel like a luxury experience from start to finish.

It was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating massages we’ve ever had, and the perfect way to unwind together. We left feeling completely refreshed and already talking about when we can come back.

Highly recommend Pinehurst Spa for anyone looking for a high-quality, calming, and professional...

My daughter and I recently had our annual Mother/Daughter weekend at Pinehurst. We enjoyed the spa on Saturday. We both had two services - massages and body scrubs. The services were excellent! All of the spa staff were friendly and took great care of us. We loved the complimentary smoothies! Our only complaints: the women’s relaxation area is right beside of the women’s locker rooms & bathrooms so you hear toilets flushing and people talking while trying to relax. Pro tip: keep the jacuzzi running to drown out the noise! Also, there is no post treatment relaxation room so you are just ushered out into the general pool area. We would have loved to hear spa “tunes” in every area, not just during treatments.

The epitome of any spa experience — having iced towels in the wet area. Fancy! Speaking of this spa, it’s definitely the fanciest I’ve been to in the States. Spacious, clean, and organized to satisfy even the most OCD guests. The drinks selection includes water, infused water, two types of juices, snack and fruit. You get everything for your spa day: bathrobe, towels, flip flops, and all the cosmetic products you could need, including shaving cream in the shower. They even offered me a disposable hairbrush! And everything in this spa is branded. Absolutely everything, including the cups, cosmetic products, napkins, and even the 'paket' (aka plastic bags). Now that’s what I call next-level luxury!
