Review is based on prices Love that your customers get to pay for your projects and new stores. Could have at least showed some appreciation for your baristas but guess they donāt matter just like your regulars donāt matter. $1 price jump for a drink, is ridiculous and you should not take pride that! You have fallen into the ā we had too because of everything going upā AND THAT WAS YOUR ANSWER ALong WITH LABOR COST BUT YOU DID NOTHING FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES EXCEPT MANDATORY MINIMUM WAGE CHANGE!! Raising prices because of cost of ingredients is false in your situationā¦when one generation gets old and another generation takes over, everything changes and excuses are made to justify the changes! Winans is no longer my happy place anymore and thats sad to say because you were my daily pick me up a positive comforting daily thing! Now maybe a once a week thing and not too much excitement about it. A little bit of hatred towards your greediness!
I wouldnāt think you would want to be compared to Starbucks with as much as you dislike them as your competitors but you definitely are now with prices...

One of the cups was broken and we had to cover the bottom with tissues. Honestly the worst experience and would not recommend this location especially if these people are working. Very disappointed because I used to...

Thank goodness the dark chocolate raspberries (Mother's Day), the dark chocolate sea salt eggs (Easter), and the dark chocolate salted carmallows (Easter) are all seasonal...I'm not sure I'm capable of the amount of exercise I would need to do if I had access to all my favorites all year round. Oh, and a shout out to dark chocolate highlander grogg too. So many great choices, but especially, great...
