Ebony Beauty Supply 2 — Attraction in Pittsburg

I would like to first explain that I had just gone in there to get some $1.99 Lashes. I had 20 pairs of Lashes in my hand. That equals $40 plus tax. Then me and my friend saw the wigs. We were told it was a dollar to buy a wig cap. So we got two. That's an additional two dollars. My friend was trying on her first wig and I had moved onto my second wig. We were laughing and having a wonderful time . All of a sudden this older lady who apparently works there came around the corner and said "hey!! do you need help???" With a super nasty undertone. I said no we are fine we are just trying on wigs. She the said "you're only allowed to try on three wigs per cap" I looked at my friend and my friend said this is only my first wig. I was on to ignoring her and looking for my second I looked at my friend and my friend said this is only my first wig. I was on to ignoring her and looking for my third wig as I heard her mumble something rude to my friend. I then turned around and said what did you say to her. She had said "Never mind". And me being me who was about to buy two wigs 20 pairs of Lashes and two caps said no what did you say to her??? She told us that we were having too much fun because we were laughing too much and I had already tried on too many wigs. When truthfully, I had only tried on two. She had a terrible attitude with me and I just dropped just dropped the lashes and got out of there. We were both treated like some 15-year-old shop lifters when we both are each our own successful business owners . Apparently no one here knows anything about customer service. lost out on a minimum of $250 just because of a rude employee who said she didn't...

Went to ebony beauty supply today and all the workers there are so chill and helpful. They were all very nice, playful, and sweet(: They let u try on any wig you want and give you a wig cap. This is a synthetic wig but it’s so natural looking! I haven’t used any melting spray or glue yet. I cut the lace used some makeup and that’s it. This wig was preplucked already on the mannequin. I’m wearing without wig cap cause it just looks more natural for me cause I line up the part of the wig with my natural part and you can’t tell a difference. I did have to shave off my widows peak but idc lol. If I used melting spray and glue it would look way more natural forsure but if you just want a throw on and go they got wigs like this for you(: Definitely will be back loved the selection! Let me know when you get some straight hair in please! And thanks...

This location…. Brand I should say is just garbage. The staff is all under 22, verify impressionable and filled with attitude which prevents any initial customer service. The owner is never onsite or listed as a form of solution so your money spent and lack of problem solving in this environment just goes to hell. I’m so over all of their locations. The oriental owner by the foodsco in Pittsburg PROVIDES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYTIME I go there.

I spent $86 on hair and just wanted to exchange for a different color. Still in packaging from its original purchase. They didn’t bother to inspect the packaging to even give the benefit of the doubt and provide customer service.
