Bad Customer Service!!! Tonight I was serviced by Isabel. At first she seemed shy but then it was obvious that she was annoyed to help me because I asked if I can get a sample of three sherbets. I then made a decision to get lemon sherbet. I asked if I can get a pint. She said they don't sell it in that size. I then asked her in what size can I get it. She then said they do sell it in that size but it's not the same price as the ones ready for sale. I then told her I would like a pint. At this point she was working as if she did not want to help me. Once she filled the pint. She asked if there is anything else I needed, I said like I would also like a pint of cookies & cream and a pint of Jamoca without almonds she grabbed the cookies and cream from the freezer and put it in the back counter and then started working on filling up the Jamoca pint and this time looked more annoyed. As I'm waiting, it was hot inside the shop and I just had a feeling my ice cream would start to melt. So I asked another employee if she can put the other two pints in the freezer meanwhile Isabel worked on the Jamoca one. This employee I did not get her name but I received the same attitude. Once I paid, I thanked them and as I left I heard unnecessary comments. I just want to say, I did not approach demanding or disrespectful at all for the employees to act...

I went there on the 4th of July for a warm brownie sundae. The scoop of ice cream that I got on them was not even scoops they were literal tiny ovals that sat side by side. It wasn't even an ice cream scoop. It was more like an ice cream shave that wanted to turn into a Leaf shape but turned into an oval instead. The ice cream ovals were not even round scoops they sat side by side so tiny over the brownie. I thought that she was going in for a little more scoop but literally put this small oval slice. Not really a scoop at all especially when it should be two scoops for almost $10. If that's the way they're supposed to scoop now it's not even stingy. It's literally less than money's worth. I probably would have gotten a bigger scoop with a tablespoon at home then she gave me with the big ice cream scoop in store. I had more brownie and whipped cream than ice cream. And I don't favor nuts so I had sprinkles instead. There were still more wax sprinkles than ice cream. So I had a brownie with a tiny bit of ice cream on top for...

The service here was so nice. It was busy when we came with four employees that I could see. They had had amazing customer service. Each customer was treated with kindness and they were efficient. I also enjoyed watching them work together as a team. We went in on a last minute birthday whim as I had seen the stranger things container for packed ice cream. The employees helping me were so kind, they said they had the display container left. They washed it with smiles and told us they had stranger things magnets and stickers for sale too. I was impressed they went above and beyond. We also had a huge order. Still all smiles and helpful. We wnet outside to eat as Labor Day 2019 was a little warm. My kids kept going inside to get ice water or lids, napkins. Each time all employeas were helping them with haopy smiles ....
