GO TO A DIFFERENT BY LOCATION NOW, YOU WILL BE DISSAPPOINTED HERE!!!! Very bad service from rude employees and small portions. I just can't come here anymore.First off burritos and chips at this location are considerably smaller than every other location ive ever been to, and heavily favored cabbage. Guy at window would only give 3 hot sauce sides per order, even on a $24 order, what? Your kidding, you just make more not be a lazy employee. I just paid for a big dinner with lots of food and only 3 sauces. 3 is enough for one person, let alone multiple people. Several were not happy with their food I ordered. What hot sauce we did get were like 1/3 full too. So lame and not satisfying at all. Family size chips is 1/3 full bag, maybe enough for 2 people at best not a family, I should of just got 2 individual chips as i would of gotten more. Several times I ordered a combo meal and they don't give the side of chips and I didn't notice until I get home. Also app rarely works from this location as their machine doesn't connect to internet, but they sure can take my money, lost out on over 100 points from this location and no support from company, links and sites they provide dont even work to get my missing points, once even on a $35 order. Highly disappointed and likely not coming back to this location ever and will definitely visit any other Pollo Loco before this one. Will hit up Taco Bell right next door next time as they are consistent with their food at least and we don't leave dissappointed. Also they didnt give any napkins with order and didnt require customers to wear masks, as several cars in front of us didn't have masks on.
NEXT DAY EDIT: So I wanted some good El Pollo loco so I went to my normal location (Concord, Clayton road) I eat at and they were great in Concord, they gave me all my food, 5x 100% full sauces on a $5 order, large burrito, plenty of chips (more in 2 individual sides than Pittsburgs "family size"), great service and really nice employees.
TO MANAGER REPLY: No need for me to go to your website to contact you or anything as there's nothing you can do for me, as your a failure of a El Pollo Loco location who has let me down every time I visit and I hope you go out of business. You made dinner last nite very unsatisfying.

No long ago I brought one salad and I found a worm on it I went back with the COMPLETE SALAD , show it to the manager and while I was talking all the employees there were laughing about me thinking I didn't understand they were making fun of me speaking Spanish all of them. After the manager check the salad I thought she will give me another one for free on exchange of the other salad I brought to show her the worm.
