The 7th Street Bridge (Andy Warhol Bridge) is one of the many bridges in Pittsburgh. Its function is to get you from one side of the river to the other, whether you’re coming from Downtown or the North Side. On the bridge, you have great views of the river, the baseball park, and other surrounding areas of Pittsburgh. It’s a fairly low traffic bridge so not many yinzers will be bothering you. The bridge features plenty of art inspired by the great Andy Warhol, such as the well known “Sussy Bakka” marker drawing and “Eevee On The Ground”. It’s also the site of many conspiracy writings and locks that supposedly keep relationships together. On each end of the bridge, you have several great landmarks. On the North Side, you have Burns White. While I won’t get into the nitty gritty of what they do, they are one of the firms of all time. On the Downtown side, you have the highly coveted headquarters of the world renowned 7th Street Gang. They are there for your protection as long as you don’t side with 6th Street. They are also allied with the lesser known 16th Street Gang from Pittsburgh’s 16th Street. The 7th Street Bridge is closed every year for Pittsburgh Pride, where you may or may not be glanced up and down at and whispered about because you have a small derrière when all you’re trying to do is get back to your car after working all day and walking in...

It's hard to give a review on a bridge. It's a physically beautiful bridge. However, the city of Pittsburgh needs to give attention to the landing area and underpass on the North Side. Frankly, it's disgusting and borderline unsafe. I would never allow children or pets to walk unattended due to the amount and type of trash. The smell of urine and feces is extremely strong near the landing and underneath the bridge there are often several used needles without caps. This is a hazard that nobody is taking accountability for, and no action is being taken to...

Gave 4 stars but hear me out…One of the three sister bridges of Yinzerville, I’d say it’s cooler than the Rachel Carson bridge but not as cool as the Roberto Clemente bridges. In literally the world’s “city of bridges” the AW bridge is near the top of the list; architecturally impressive as well as aesthetically appealing. Be sure to check it out if ever in the City of Champions! The Clemente bridge gets all the hype and attention thanks to proximity to PNC park but don’t forget about her sisters...
