Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh - East Liberty — Attraction in Pittsburgh

My expectations were very low for this library based off of Pittsburgh reputations. I was very wrong and even shocked over the abundance of resources this Library offers. From PCs to books and even a small section for videogames. Please visit this location if you are a book lover, Library fanatic, looking to do research or just utilize the PCs. Staff is friendly and more than happy to explain how their services work if you haven't been before. You might even be surprised with a few perks they include. Excited for my next visit... maybe even get a fancy...

The East Liberty branch of the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh was excellent. I went there to use the internet to print copies from a website since I don't have a printer at home. There are lots of computers that a person can go on to use the internet. And of course, tons of books to read and check out for readers out there. Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh are slowly getting back to their pre-pandemic hours which is a great thing. The East Liberty branch is open Monday through Saturday. The hours are 10am-8pm, Monday through Thursday. 10am-5pm, Friday...

My daughter and I stopped in the Carnegie Library - East Liberty branch and was greeted by Evan and Kaitlin E. in the TeenSpace area. Not only were they helpful, explaining about the various teen programs that this particular branch offers, both Evan and Kaitlin E. took the time to talk with my daughter and showed her the "jamming area" where she can play drums and guitar without interrupting anyone. Whenever you visit the Carnegie Library, East Liberty branch make sure you stop in, visit the TeenSpace area and say hello to Evan...
