Raise your hand if you knew that you are not supposed to put rice down a garbage disposal! Clearly I did not get the memo. My kitchen sink was completely clogged. Of course I ran to the Liquid Plumber Max strength-Hey, strike two you are not supposed to do that either. Also the fumes will make your life miserable. I was SO afraid to call a plumber, I had NO idea what it might cost. I read great reviews about Foust and decided to give them a try. Meredith, who answered the phone was so incredibly nice. She worked with me to try to get someone out ASAP. Christopher arrived around 7:45pm. He was so nice, professional and took great care in making sure that my hardwood floor was protected from his tools and water. Well, the clog was a BIG ONE. But after about 1 1/2 hours of working on the sink SUCCESS!!! After he took his tools to the truck he came in to make sure that the sink and surrounding area was perfectly clean and even put my throw rug in place. I appreciated his friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail. And the best part! The price! I was so nervous to ask what I owed and was so relieved when I saw the bill. Hopefully, I've learned my lesson and won't need a plumber again anytime soon-but if I do..I'm calling...

Mr. Dan Reed came this morning around 11:30 AM to install a new Rheem 40-gallon natural gas hot water tank. He is very professional and made all new pipe connections neatly. He explained things to me thoroughly so that I understood what he was trying to do. Even though Dan was here to install my hot water tank, he noticed that the exhaust vent pipe from my furnace had a crack. This is dangerous because it will release carbon monoxide into the air inside my house. He removed the cracked exhaust pipe and istalled a new one for me free of charge. Mr. Dan Reed clearly went above and beyond and I really appreciate what he has done for me. He also cleaned up the trash before he left. I am very impressed.

At 1:30 PM, Mr. Chris Reed (Dan Reed’s brother) who is the owner of Foust Plumbing and heating stopped by to check my A/C unit because I signed up for the Foust Family Memership. Chris also quoted an estimate for the replacement cost of my furnace and A/C.

Based on my meeting with Dan Reed and Chris Reed, I will ask for Dan Reed if I have plumbing problems and Chris Reed for my HVAC. I am glad that I chose Foust Plumbing and Heating.

I'm an absentee homeowner so they came (30 min drive) to give an estimate while I wasn't home (in a very tight dirty old crawl space). Another plumbing company told me my water supply lines needed replaced for $4000, only to find out from Foust that those were old lines that were no longer connected, and I in fact had fairly new Pex water supply lines. No work needed to be done.

Ultimately, they saved me a huge amount of money and prevented me from being taken advantage of because they are a company with a ton of integrity.

My brothers family uses them all the time for plumbing and HVAC work and have raved about their quality of service.
