I went to several other jewelers while searching for my Fiancée’s engagement ring. Some were nice, but they all felt like I was shopping in a car dealership. Jane’s shop is a beautiful little space in the heart of downtown Plainfield. It feels more like someone’s home than a store. Jane was by far the nicest person I spoke to, and every time I went into her shop she greeted me and invited me in like and old friend or family. She helped me through every step, and was very informative with every detail of the ring and the diamond to go with it. Jane’s courtesy extended beyond just the sale and she was always curious about our engagement and future plans. She even gave us recommendations for insurance and a local realtor. Personal and personable service and gorgeous jewelry! We came in to get my wedding band repaired. Jane's pricing was competitive and the service was quick and well done! My rings came back so sparkly and good as new with a missing diamond replaced, rhodium plating, and deep clean. While stopping by to drop off my rings, I tried on a couple gorgeous necklaces! Every piece on display was unique and beautiful. My hubby ended up buying a simple diamond and white gold necklace for me as a gift for mother's day. It is absolutely beautiful!
