SaraBoo Creek Plainfield — Attraction in Plainfield

We came in today and had no idea when they closed. We were super indecisive about what we wanted, and we made 2 picture frames. The cashier was very helpful and asked us if we needed any help multiple times, showed us all of our different options for wooden charms, and even helped us at the very end decide how to position them.

Now we had no idea, but we ended up staying until 15 minutes after they had closed. Not once did she mention that or rush us. She even asked us if we wanted them gift wrapped and showed us the ribbon options we had. Even after I realized that we had overstayed and apologized, she made no deal of it and continued to show me ribbon options.

It is hard to find customer service like this anymore. I truly hope Sara Boo Creek understands how lucky they are to have an employee like this.

This is such a unique store for home decor, gifts, and more. It is like no other store. I highly recommend going in to take a look. They also have an area where you can make your own homemade signs. This is such a unique idea. They sell different kinds of wooden signs. They have tons of things you can pick out to put on the sign. You design it yourself. They then take it and use their strong glue to glue them on and then you take it home. We made a great Halloween sign for the outside of our front door.
