All we are asking is to provide service for what we pay.
You should have communicated with us that we need to hire cleaners for the entire duration of the event WHICH YOU DID NOT. You said having cleaners is optional if we need it. So we had requested from 3 to 7 pm which is when we mainly needed the restrooms to be clean. but in spite of hiring cleaners from you, the restrooms were not clean and 2 of the rooms were not even in usable condition. When we enter the hall for our event, we expect it to be clean and nice. It was not clean.. The restrooms were not clean and was having a foul smell, the green room, back stage were all dirty with trash and used water bottles etc. We had to clean them before starting our event. We had requested for the hall from 9 am to 9 pm. We were waiting outside the event centre at 9 am with 10 volunteers to set up the place for our event, and kept calling you, no one responded the phone and we could not even enter the hall. After 30 mins, after multiple calls, someone opened the door. We DID NOT use your risers. We brought our own risers We DID NOT use your backdrop. We brought own own backdrop When we paid the advance of $1000 IN SEPTEMBER which is 6 months before, the first requirement and the only requirement I had for you was that I needed 10 to 12 mikes for my event. You didn’t confirm this till 1 day before the event and you were only interested in getting the payment from us. The mike status made me very worried about the event as ours is a music school event and the main requirement is mikes for students to sing. The lobby is a common area and YOU HAD SAID if there is another party using the other hall for their event, the lobby area will be shared by both the parties. But we didn’t even have the lobby area to use for our needs. We had to manage with the small area outside the auditorium with our 500+ guests which was very inconvenient. It was VERY DIFFICULT to communicate with you. You never responded to my text messages or answered my calls. You asked us to get the batteries (6, 9 volts) for the 3 wireless mikes, JUST THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT which we expect the audio engineer to take care. Lighting Problems
In addition to the audio troubles, the stage lighting also faltered at one point, further compromising the quality of the show.
Impact on Performers
The technical difficulties had a visible emotional impact on the artists:

As an audience member, I felt embarrassed for the performers and disappointed in the venue's inability to provide a professional-grade experience.
Conclusion
This venue's technical shortcomings severely undermined what should have been an enjoyable event. The consistent issues over two days suggest a need for significant upgrades to the audio-visual systems. I cannot recommend this venue for live performances until these problems are addressed.
UPDATE: The owner replied that they attended the shows on Sunday and Friday. I would like to ask them if they attended the same event as me (late evening) on Saturday and Sunday. Read moreTHIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES TO RENT. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT EVER RENT THIS PLACE. They do not keep the Place Clean, the Owner is very unprofessional, Toilets are maintained in a very very filthy way. They do not know anything about providing the Service. The common area or lobby area is shared across all the small halls and Parking will be a big problem if there are multiple functions at the same time. We are at the mercy of the owner to even enter the hall and waited for 1 hour outside before the start of the function.
I am very mindful of giving a negative opinion about others, especially a person running the business, But I chose to do it so that Others do not feel my Pain.
I had to give a 1 star rating because google review is not allowing a ZERO STAR Rating.
