ACCESIBLE TO THE DISABLED: REVIEW They are NOT wheelchair accessible. It says otherwise but it's not true. You can get through the front doors but you'll never make it an inch through the rows between the products. Super, super, crowded from the sheer amount of products. Somebody came in with a mobility aid and had to fold it up and haul it around the store, still awkwardly knocking things over and barely fitting as they struggled to walk.

STOCK AND PRICE: REVIEW They have a very full stock and tons of variety, not to mention they're the only costume shop around for miles. It's really fun seeing all the costume items, like a museum. Unfortunately they take advantage of the fact you dont have many options for costume shops, and will jack up prices super high. I saw $10 masks that I Knew were from party city and spirit halloween, and yet they were reselling them for $50 each.

PRODUCT QUALITY: REVIEW The mask I bought was around $50 but when I brought it home the gemstones were badly crooked, and very clearly superglued on. They actually ended up falling right off and leaving behind wads of visible glue. The straps were also superglued to the mask and so my mask snapped right off my face during prom, and the metal was weak and could be bent and warped with your bare hands by mere accident. Obviously not worth $50. The employee helping me even admitted that they routinely "fixed" broken masks with superglue at the shop then put them back up for sale with no discount.

EMPLOYEE SERVICE: REVIEW The employees are extremely patient, but there's not very many of them. They'll help you reach every item and give you recommendations and tell you prices. Very friendly and patient overall, but it was clear they didn't have enough of them at the shop to tend to everyone. Also know that lots of merch is locked behind cases or suspended in the air so an employee has to go get a hook for you to try on. It’s literally a complete scam but the way they treat customers really ticks me off. I wanted to rent a flapper dress, but the rentals were literally all ordered from Shein so a dress you can buy for 10$ will cost you 90$ to rent and they are all picked and stained and smell…. So I asked if that was the only selection. I was then pointed in their highly overpriced buy only section… which funny enough I found the exact same dress I bought from Shein for $27.00 and they were charging $280!!!!! Talk about pure profit! So the younger guy I asked to help literally complained to me saying his shift was almost over and he wanted to clock out… fine that’s great don’t say that to a customer say “ let me find someone else that can help you.” The larger blonde guy that I feel shouldn’t be working in a public setting, when I asked for gloves, he nearly had a breakdown, like I was being such an imposition! So there was a really nice older man whom I told I found a dress but I wasn’t crazy about it especially not at that price when I just saw a 27 $ shein dress for 280! I bought the dress , 30 minutes later at another store found a dress I loved so I gave them a call saying I literally just left found something else can I return this. I should have just went back! The same heavy blonde guy answered as was so rude and said there’s a no return policy. I was never told that. There has to be some disclosure when you buy something especially that expensive but I was told nothing of a no refund policy not to mention I literally bought it 30 minutes prior! Three things I look for in a company. CUSTOMER SERVICE, QUALITY & PRICE. Do yourself a favor and check this place out 1st before any other stores. You will save yourself time when looking at costumes for Halloween or Cosplay. They have costumes that range from low price to high, so don't be intimidated when you see some prices. The high end outfits can be expensive but are completely worth it. They actually make some of their own stuff. If you’re looking for less expensive, they have it and it’s still better that Party City outfits. These types of stores are few & far between. Customer service is amazing! I used to work for USAA and know what great customer service is. This place has it in spades. Jerry the owner is just an awesome guy. You will probably see him if you go. The two ladies I had the pleasure of meeting are Autumn & Mitzy. Awesome as well. They were both very patient and took the time to help me. You can tell they really care which you don’t see much now days. There was another employee that checked on me but I didn’t get her name. She was great as I could tell the people she was helping were pleased with her assistance. This store is unique and you will be missing out if you don’t see it for yourself. I wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars. Anytime I ever need a costume, this will always be my go to place. FYI: Don’t be misled by the negative reviews about it looking like a hoarders dream. You can walk thru the isles easily. This store has everything and a lot of it. If they didn’t have this much inventory Im sure the negative reviews would be saying they don’t have that much.
