Michaels — Attraction in Plano

I will give this store even less than 1 star if i could, and thats only because - there are these bunch of college students or who knows school students that they have hired. During the time of checkout they will not even bother to take ur phone number to check whether u are a rewards member. Even if u give them they will enter it incorrectly or who knows the system is not working they will inform u back that ur phone number is not registered with us. Anytime you show them coupons they will look at it with horror and most of the time try to make the coupon look invalid. Their behavior in total is rude and stupid or I can say they are a bunch of snobbish rude girls not sure why are they hired!!!! Infact if you are dealing with a dumb cashier of all that's mentioned above, you will see another of her friend who would be standing few inches away and smirking as if let's enjoy the fun! I loved the store but not the employees. I bought multiple of the same product twice through a “order online, pickup in store” purchase. I got a 30% off coupon and when I arrived at the store I realized I had gotten the wrong size so I returned the ones I didn’t need and asked to exchange 2 of them for the bigger size (same price). The associate said she couldn’t do it because it was going to mess up their inventory (why would you allow online purchases if it’s such a big deal to keep your inventory) I explained that it was an online coupon and that I didn’t want to have to come back. She did not try to help at all and I saw her giving the manager looks from across the store, I said I was sorry to inconvenience them and she didn’t even acknowledge it. If she could have rolled her eyes she would’ve done it, too bad I was right in front of her, the vibe was just so off. Then a second Female, blond, tall manager came and she started arguing she was not going to be able to return the money into my card even before she knew...

On May 3rd, my wife's beloved cat of 17 years pasted away. It was a very emotional time. He was not just a pet. We did not have a peaceful place for him until the next day. I decided to stop in for supplies to make a temporary casket. A female employee was nice enough to offer me the use a classroom to construct my project. She went above and beyond her job description. The entire team working that night was helpful and sympathetic. My wife and I would like to thank the staff at your store located at 8700 Preston Road in Plano Texas.
