Cost Shelby charged $179 for services, but charged $198 saying it was due to tax, but there was no tip option on our final receipt. Services Shelby showed that she was in a hurry to finish my haircut (rough cut before foils), complete hair color (after foils, not big deal but she missed many roots), and seven foils (missed spot was front foil, near roots, the size of a large blueberry).

In her rush, Shelby missed three spots when she colored my hair, two during the actual coloring- 1) as I mentioned, in a front foil, 2) along the front hairline, possibly most of my hairline by the look on her face, and 3) Shelby missed another spot along my front hairline that she shrugged off (I'm betting because no money would change hands) when she was "fixing" my hairline the next day.

Frustrating. Unprofessional. Not...

Taylor is amazing! I am a handful and had to have an emergency appt with another person for a wedding and it’s taken frustration, time and Taylor’s ability to listen to me vent, listen to what I want, also while doing her own touches to give me what I had back. After ruining what her and I had going with my color at the time 🤦🏼‍♀️I have always said the best stylist have the best hair and she’s got it! So totally trust her with my blonde which is my baby in life lol.. my panic after hours texts about hair products and issues and she’s always available. The sweetest, kindest and all around a genuine person who cares about her job and her clients.. Love Wendi too! I always feel like a “regular” and my business is wanted and appreciated. ❤️❤️ but I wish there was wine or mimosas it’s my only “non working...

I went in for blonde highlights and a splash of color. I ended up with block style Color not the original natural looking highlights I asked for.. then was shocked once I got home and seen my hair better. She styled it or I may have noticed it was still a bit longer and not enough blonde. Which I asked where's my blonde.. I even showed her a picture of what she had done before. I am hair sensitive and have explained it. I have never had a block dye I do not like it. Nor can you really see the blonde because of the way it's colored. My main thing is blonde..then some color. When called her I was over spoken...
