Just came in for a new vape and will never return. First visit back here with the new owners sketched me out. The heavy set white woman working here is a terrible choice for an employee. She accused my partner and I of illegal actions. She accused me of being underage just because I didn't have my ID when I'm 30..and older than my partner. Tried again today, she seemed miserable upon us entering. I asked about geekbars, she told me they were discontinued and out. She did have geekbar pulse..so I'm not she why she lied to us. When I told her I didn't want to test my vape in the store she got rude and said I wouldn't get a refund. I'm aware of the rule, she didn't need to give me an attitude over it. As long as that miserable woman is there I'll never return. You need to either give her a lesson in customer service or fire her. I also know the laws, I work with alcohol. I was upset by how she assumed we were doing something illegal just cause I didn't have my ID. This issue won't happen again because I won't step foot in this establishment if that vile woman is there. Get rid of her or retrain her on customer service. This was a 5-star review that I have had to change because I went into this shop yesterday and had the cashier demand to see my ID, which is fine, I'm clearly over 40, however, the woman working there proceeded to take a photo of my ID which was odd and then ask me to leave because some stupid app on her phone said my ID wasn't valid, which is insane because it is obviously a TX drivers licence. Ridiculous moment where I am upset that this cashier took it upon herself to take a photo of my ID and then embarrassed me by accusing my clearly middle aged self of having a fake ID, like I'm in high school or something. lacking in both customer service and product quality and price. The shelves were very empty, they had products I can buy from other stores for 5-10 cheaper. Plus the lady was being super rude, would answer a question then walk away as if she was doing something just to see her over messing with charging cords???
