Dissapointing does not even come close to describe our experience. Food flavor was mediocre; The salsa that came with the chips tasted just like canned tomatoes. The server only met us initially, with no follow-up at all after taking our order; we had to do our own follow-up when we wanted our check at the end of our meal. Our visit was on a sunshiny day so we chose to sit on the patio - but that was also a poor choice. The wood and railings on the edge of the deck were in desperate need of repair. Only one table had an umbrella (we saw a few laying on the side of the patio that appeared to be needing to be tossed out). Our table and a few other tables had dried food on them and obviously had not be cleaned in some time. Our rating of 1 star is being generous. Would not...

I have loved this place for so many years but today I was so disappointed! I have been ordering the shrimp cocktail for years! They have reduced the amount of shrimp and completely left out the avocado. And the price went up! When I called, it was too bad. They said they always put in 12 shrimp… well if true the size of the shrimp is so much smaller it doesn’t work. So I ended up with a large bowl of sauce & veggies. Off to the store to buy shrimp and avocado so this is eatible.

And before someone says the food costs have gone up… I wasn’t complaining about the 18.00 cost… just the cost of want I received. And I supported this business during the pandemic! Sad!!!

The 3 stars are for the quality of the food...

My family and I LOVE Fiesta. We always have a great experience and amazing food there every time. However, tonight we went there to celebrate my birthday with my in-laws. My mother in law ordered a taco salad. While taking her first few bites, she bit on something hard and it ended up being a piece of black, hard, sharp plastic. We notified our waiter and to my surprise, they did nothing. He said sorry and that was it. I was expecting (because of their great service and food) that they would've comped her meal; but no, they did absolutely nothing. Very disappointed in their actions. If she would've swallowed this decent sized piece of plastic, she would've choked AND could've turned out way worse as it was...
