I just had the BEST head spa experience here. I booked the Scalp Care and Nourishing Head Therapy ($158), and it exceeded my expectations!
Rebecca is truly amazing. Her massage technique was spot on,firm enough to really work out the knots but gentle enough to relax me completely. My shoulders were so tight, and I couldn’t believe how well she loosened them up. It’s hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten during a scalp spa!
Rebecca also went above and beyond by including a neck, shoulder, and even ear wash massage – it was my first time having my ears washed, and it was surprisingly soothing! She also applied a hyaluronic hair mask and put me under the steamer leaving my hair feeling super soft and refreshed.
The space itself is clean, calming, and beautifully set up. I also loved that Clivia offers other services like lash extensions, facials, and hydradermabrasion. They’re currently running a combo deal: Head Therapy + Facial for $188 (originally $256) – such a great value for a 2-hour session!

Read moreI came here with my husband for the $68 scalp care Christmas special and $68 massage. The service itself was fine though felt a bit rushed, but there were some things that took away from the experience like the relaxing music being cut off by an insurance ad and being able to smell my technician's lunch from her breath. Those could be one time things but what really bothered us was even though the total came out to $130, they were not happy with the $30 tip we offered. A tip should be service based and my husband and I didn't exactly get what we were looking for, a relaxing experience or deep enough massage. Even though their sign said $20 tip is appreciated, it became "mandatory" because our technicians said it was $20 per hour of service since there was a special. The massage did not have a special and if they were going to request more money why make the special in the first place? If they want more money they should be more transparent with the pricing, tip should not...
Read moreoriginally came here because I saw a good review of this on tiktok and saw that they had specials. I drove almost an hour here to do the $68 headspa and then I tried adding the deep hydrating facial for an additional $40. The advertising is a bit deceptive since they advertised it as originally $80 but when I added it the lady said it would only be a mini facial.
The headspa itself was nice even though there was a bit of a language barrier. I would skip out on the facial as the things they used on my face did not smell good and did not make my face feel good afterwards.
What left a sour taste in my mouth was that the lady providing my services kept trying to pressure me to zelle/venmo her and then when I left a cash tip of $35 on a $108 service (which is around a 30% tip) she still seemed unhappy and upset that I didn’t zelle/Venmo her. for this reason I will skip on...
