The Pleasanton Tennis & Community Park has been a special part of my life for 16 years. I learned to ride my bike there, played tennis for the first time there, had a birthday party there, and over the years I’ve used the park for biking, roller skating, scootering, wave-boarding, playing basketball, taking walks, grabbing an after-school snack (the bus stops right in front), playing on the playground, drawing with sidewalk chalk, doing cartwheels, and attending potlucks.    Read moreIf you like/love tennis, they have affordable tennis lessons. I happened to attend a session and my coach was awesome. He was keen on teaching us the basics right. He was friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is interested in learning tennis. But the only problem I faced was, you have to be very careful when it comes to canceled class. You have to make a note of it and keep it. They mess it up and you have to go multiple times to get it rectified.    Read moreI stopped by here on a whim recently, just to walk barefoot through the grass and get grounded again. Our rubber-soled shoes interrupt the flow of electricity we get from the earth. The park is very well maintained, virtually no litter and the grass is perfect. There were several people on the tennis courts but plenty of parking too. I highly recommend this as a great place to disconnect from all the nonsense and separating propaganda, reconnect with source, and try to remember why we're all here.
