Nike I officially think I'm done with your company. I have always been a loyal customer not only for myself but my whole family. I only wear Nike sneakers. Over the weekend my husband and I visited the outlets in Tannersville PA. I was most excited to go to the Nike outlet. This particular location was having an extra 30% off all wall sneakers. I was thrilled. I looked through all the shoes and found a pair I loved they fit great and were marked on the box as $49.99! I thought that was an awesome price and to think there would still be an extra 30% off. My husband picked a pair also of a different shoe. We happily made our way to the register to pay. The young girl at the register began to ring us up and stated the shoes I was purchasing were in the wrong box. I didn't know and in fact there was an employee straightening up the section I was shopping in right before I selected my shoes. She then informed me that no they were not $49.99 but $89.99. I thought that was crazy. I asked her nicely if there was anyway the price could be honored since that's how I found them. She paged her manager Steven. Steven was extremely rude he treat my husband and me as if we were criminals. He was loud and argumentative and stated that in no way would they honor the price on the box and the most we we're getting would be 20% off the regular price. So not only was I going to be paying almost double but we would not even be honoring the posted sale. Nike I walked out of your store with out making any purchases. I have always been a loyal client and the store I visited before Nike was Converse another Nike brand where I purchased two pairs for my children. I am a hard working mother and was treated like a criminal by your management for asking to have a displayed price honored. I think it is time I take my money...
Read moreThe Nike Factory Store at the Pocono Premium Outlets is always packed. It’s definitely one of the busiest stores in the entire outlet and while that’s a sign people like to shop here it can make the experience a little overwhelming. The crowds move fast and the line at checkout usually takes a while even with multiple registers open.
The store itself is clean and has a nice layout but the stock can be hit or miss. They have a solid selection of shoes in the men’s section with a lot of different styles to choose from but the sizes are pretty limited. I saw a lot of empty spots on the shelves or sizes that were either too big or too small.
The children’s section was especially lacking. Not many choices and most of what was there seemed picked over. It would be great if they expanded that section or restocked it more often because it feels like an afterthought compared to the rest of the store.
Staff was doing their best to manage the crowd and they were friendly even with how busy it was. Overall it’s an okay spot if you’re shopping for men’s shoes or gear but don’t expect a full range of sizes or a lot of variety in the...
Read moreI recently visited the Nike store during Thanksgiving, and it was chaotic. The store was packed with shoppers, and navigating through the aisles felt almost impossible. The staff seemed overwhelmed by the sheer number of people, which made getting assistance difficult. The checkout lines were long and moved slowly, adding to the frustration.
That said, the store had some great Thanksgiving deals, and the variety of products available was impressive. For those willing to brave the crowds, there were good discounts to be found. However, the overall experience was far from enjoyable due to the lack of organization and insufficient staff to manage the rush.
While I appreciate the sales, better crowd control and more staffing during peak shopping times would have made the experience much smoother. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed for future holiday...
