This is the 3rd time over roughly a five year period that the exact same issue has occurred with online ordering. I have no problems with items being on back order for whatever reason. My complaint is that not only do they not flag an item as being on back order so that you know this before placing your order, but they don't notify you of the back order status after the order has been placed; if you check your order status it will simply say "processing". When you finally call trying to find out where your order is, you are informed that they send out "an email notifying you of back orders, you must not have received yours". Yeah, right. Three times, I have not been notified of back order status, three times I have complained and cancelled orders, and three times they have done nothing to rectify their problem.    Read moreI was looking for spray paint & spray caps and I learned of this store. When I visited the store I was greeted by a lady and immediately asked if I needed help which I did. She showed me all the spray paint and caps that they carried in the store. She was patient with me looking through each of the different spray caps and was sociable and kind. Besides the great first-time experience I had with this store they carry quite a handful of supplies for people in architect, art, and general crafts. The store is pretty clean and tidy. The aisles and shelving aren’t messy. They also have some bins by the front door where bundles of oil & acrylic paint are just $5! It's not properly managed because some of their materials do not have pricing and the staff is usually busy recording identity which seems to me that it should be done in a separate area not at the register and holding up taking care of customers. Although they do ask you if you need help and try to assist you so they are trying to take care of you but their management of supplies creates issues for customer care.
