iCandy Party Supplies and Decorations — Attraction in Pomona

This is my second time ordering helium-inflated balloons here, and once again the experience has been awful. From the unwelcoming personnel to the poor quality of their work—it’s just unacceptable. Please see how they tied the balloons. After we arrived home, it didn’t take long before everything started falling apart.

The previous time I didn’t leave a response, but I thought maybe I should have. I decided to give them another chance, hoping something would change, but that was clearly a mistake. It shouldn’t even be possible to repeat such poor work, because everyone in this industry knows how to do it properly. I myself worked in this industry years ago, and I know exactly how to tie balloons, how to inflate them, and how to apply high float correctly. What they did here is beyond my understanding.

The first time I ordered, I didn’t get foil balloons they poorly they used hi-float. They put just a drop of high float gel into regular balloons and didn’t spread it around. As a result, all the balloons started falling after only a two hours. This time, I thought I would order foil balloons instead, assuming maybe they simply didn’t know how to use hi-float correctly. I hoped the experience would be better—but it wasn’t.

Please see the pictures. Unfortunately, I don’t have photos from my first order, but it’s obvious the staff are completely uneducated in this industry. They don’t know how to tie balloons properly, how to spread hi-float, or even how to inflate them the right way. And if personnel changes, I doubt they provide any training, because this is now the second time I’ve had the exact same bad experience.

Maria she is the manager of this location I asked her if I can speak to the owner due to the fact of one of the employees name Melissa had a very nasty attitude towards me and my son she was so rude since the minute we walked in this place has horrible customer service as I’m walking away after I complain to Maria about Melissa‘s behavior they both were laughing at me and my son so unprofessional not only do they have bad service but The store is completely dirty I wouldn’t wanna eat no candies from here but what can I expect since the minute we walked in they were all having personal conversations that are not friendly in front of children do not visit this location is not Child appropriate due to their behavior I’d rather go somewhere else even if it’s more expensive than to eat candy at this...
