Be aware that they do not have a return policy. We were not verbally informed of this policy but I did notice it on the receipt after we had an issue with two mattresses we bought being too thick for our bed frame. They did allow us to exchange them for less expensive and thinner ones but did not refund the difference.
The woman who sold us the mattresses and exchanged them was terse and not really friendly towards us when we first bought the mattresses and later when we asked for a refund or exchange.
To be fair, they did help load the mattresses on the roof of our car, they were not obligated to exchange the mattresses as per the receipt, and the prices seem comparable to other furniture places (although they don’t post prices and we’re not willing to negotiate).
I am a bit wary of the quality of the mattresses and the other furniture we saw in the store. Only time will tell and these mattresses will not see much use.

Read moreThe same thing happened with me. My recliner sofa was missing a part and ripping at the seams. I called them I sent pictures to Angelica and Abraham as they instructed me to do. After many calls they finally told me that they would replace it. Then stopped answering the phone when I called. And they lied it was never replaced it's still there to this day I have to pay someone to fix it and try to find a matching piece to the missing part. I paid approximately $3,000 for the sofa loveseat and chair and it it's not complete and I've only had it since Christmas. I was so excited for my new furniture now I am so upset.
If you do the financing Queen furniture get their money off top from the finance company. I tried calling them as well but they were no help. The only option was to turn the furniture in at a discount price or pay it off. I didn't want to mess up my credit or pay finance charges. So I just paid it off. If you have issues they will not help you....

So we walk in , looking for a bedroom set, and this girl is sitting on the phone holding an infant in her other arm, and talking so ghetto and obnoxious on the phone. Then we continue looking, and she comes over to us, licking her fingers that we’re covered with Cheeto dust all over, hair all over the place, smells from ten miles away, everything hanging out!
