Where do I start 🤔 well first off this location has become very ghetto and that's starting with the upper management team and don't get me wrong the store manager Felicia is really nice and helpful when needed but there is another service manager there and he is a little punk making rude faces towards a paying customer you are not at home bro so keep the face making and little attitude outside of your place of business because it is very unprofessional and i can speak on that because I myself work in a well known grocery store as well and I do know how big these companies are when it comes to customer service. I went in this local stater brothers why because it's so close to home and why not give my business to my local grocery store, I went in to buy groceries for tonight's dinner and when I was looking at salad dressing I noticed that the hidden valley ranch was under a 99 cent spot ok so I grabbed two bottles and went on about my shopping then as I was checking out the cashier Martha was very friendly when I brought it to her attention that the bottles rang up $4.99 and not 99 cents, she did apologize for the mistake and she called over that little manager guy and said the ranch rang up $4.99 and he said no with an attitude so I showed him the picture I did take of the ranch in a 99 cent spot and i was not going argue with him because not even a picture of the stores mistake did he believe. And the only reason why I am writing this review is because I did not appreciate the attitude before he even knew what was going on & i get it being around customers all day can be a bit much but do not take your foul attitude out on the...

I moved to Pomona 6 years ago and thankfully Stator Bros was located across the street. It became our regular store where I would frequently visit 3-4 times a day. I became close to the employees that worked hard on a daily basis at the store. I am a private chef and would put in orders often for our business as well. We spent tons of money at Stators and when Mike was the GM you could see how valuable he was. The fact you guys brought in a woman who is clueless on how to connect with the culture of Pomona shows how blind and ignorant corporate management is. My whole issue is I came in recently to buy a gift card for my mother. The checker rung the card up and when I got it from her I noticed 2 numbers were showing where the scratch off is. I then checked the card balance and it was $0. I've spent tons of money at this place and people know me there I have integrity and trying to steal $184.14 is not something I would do after being dedicated customer for years and knowing all the supervisors there. It's obvious things are so disorganized and the employees don't care about protecting the public. So I will gladly say Stator Bros will never get another dollar from me or my family for as long as I live. You guys need to get a clue despite the remodel you guys destroyed that entire store and the great thing it once was. Thanks for pointing me to the direction of Costco. Yes stater Bros is alot better to a point! After everything was remodeled the sushi bar is almost a plus, the meat department uses mist to make the meats LOOK FRESH, it is a FALSE tactic to make meat more appealing, that is a mistake period, it is CALLED CROSS CONTAMINATION!!, and whoever is running their meat department is highly unskilled especially after you have cross contamination!! You have all the meats in 1 controlled case, however ALLOWING THE WATER MIST TO SPRAY WHENEVER THE MEAT STARTS TO LOOK DRY CAUSES CROSS CONTAMINATION JUST BY THE WATER MIST!, why do you think the meats are ALWAYS SEPERATED!, then produce department has a preparers booth for fruits, but nobody is ever in them and the DISPLAYED items are always the same.. I would say the best part about Stater Bros is the staff and how well they try to attend to helping you with the remodeling and locating items on your grocery list.. the single new entrance really sucks , however with the limited space they used it is absolutely overall well placed together, the entire store.. thank you for the change, however your still missing kept points of selling and available of actually getting...
