One of the worst venues I’ve ever been to. Staff was extremely rude and genuinely mean: constant yelling with the worst attitude about where to GO TO THE BATHROOM. Was not about to wait 40+ min for the women’s bathroom during a show so we used the men’s, we were immediately yelled at by a bartender yelling about us not being allowed to go in there and then brought a security guard to block the men’s bathroom. Approximately 20 minutes later, the men’s bathroom was open to women due to the 40+ min wait. Horrible communication and attitude from the staff that dealt with this situation, disrespectful and hostile. This venue NEEDS to fix their GA FLOOR WRISTBANDS system because there’s absolutely NO REASON to not let people into THE AREA THEY PAID FOR because of lack of WRISTBANDS. On top of that, the line to get into the venue before doors opened wrapped around itself so people began getting in the wrong place in line; an employee responded by berating a man and his child to the back of the line which was quite literally on the other side of the block. Horrible line management and organization. Last occurrence that really rubbed me the wrong way: after the show, employees love to yell and scream at you to stay off the street….. how am I supposed to get my post show hotdog when they’re in the street?? All in all, terrible venue only because the staff is extremely rude, disrespectful, and borderline hostile with customers/guests. Almost NO organization for lines or wristbands. I NEVER do negative reviews, but I have tried calling your office to make a formal complaint and no one ever answers... I will continue to research and find out who the top supervisor is, and make a formal complaint. The incompetence of your security is inexcusable! This was the single most disorganized and uncommunicative venue I have ever been to. There was no communication or signage to distinguish reserved balcony seating and GA Balcony. The security "goons" did not check tickets until after the main act started (after the opening act was finished). Just a bit of communication or 10 cent copies with the word "Reserved" on the back of the reserved seats would have saved a lot of headache and anxiety. My husband and I had never been to the venue and flew from Portland to see a show. We got there 3 hours early and were 5th in line and by the time we were told that we were sitting in reserved seats and we had to get up, all the other seats were filled. So we had to stand in the aisle after being 5th in line due to the incompetence of the security working there. Read moreI originally emailed this directly to the venue but they clearly could not even bother to reply. I attended the Kevin Kaarl concert last Saturday with my sister and a friend. The show and staff were great. But, I must submit a complaint regarding the overselling of a certain section of the show which was GA Floor. In that section there were rails in the front and the back with only a small opening in each. With so many people squished in these areas it became a complete hazard. There was absolutely no visibility from that area either. On top of that there was no air conditioner. I don't want to be dramatic but if I am going to a concert I expect to feel safe. I shouldn't have to feel like I am struggling to be there. Also, as a paying customer I should be able to see the artist I am paying for from any area of the venue. I addressed this issue twice with the box office. They offered absolutely no solution. As professionals I think you guys can do better. I think people deserve a quality experience. I don't know who's responsible for the safety and well being of concert goers but I think this should be taken seriously. Luckily, nothing bad happened but this left me with not wanting to return to this venue. I hope this gets addressed to where no other customers...
