Never stepping one foot in this club again ever again! Worst experience ever .

Came here to watch Shoreline Mafia . Got the RSVP ticket on Eventbrite . This club has false advertisement and their customer service is horrible . They are dishonest and don’t stick to what they say.

We came here and got the ticket that said free before 9:30pm with a costume . Got there at 8am and they had not yet open so we waited in line . The line did not start moving until 10pm although on Eventbrite it said the event started at 9pm . How are you supposed to apply the QR code tickets for the free entry when they don’t let you in until 10pm. And many people had got those tickets and because we were already in line for 2 hrs many give in to pay the $40 bucks . If I would have know they don’t stick to the time they put they open would have bought the general admission for $30. Plus going in we try to talk to someone to ask about at least getting the $30 for waiting in line for 2hrs and for false promotion and they kept sending us to different people. However at the end none of them were able to assist us . And many people try to cut in line too. They seem to put up false advertisement to get you to go. They make you wait in line so you feel like you invested time waiting and charge you the amount they wish because we heard them charging some people $20 , some $30, some $40. The only movement in line was people paying the $55 to skip the line to go in or people leaving the line . They don’t stick to the time they said they would open .

Going in the security is not the best . It was so packed you could not even dance or move anywhere. Many were pushing trying to get to the front stage and my boyfriend said he felt people trying to grab his pockets a couple times . There were like 2 fights while we were inside and there was no security inside on the floor to help deescalate the situation. They let in so many people that you can really move around , hard to breath too from being so cramped up.

The artist did not start singing until 12am.

If you want to go see an artist I say you just go to their concert and pay the concert ticket . You will not enjoy it here and it’s not worth your money and your time . They are dishonest and don’t care about their customers. They just want to take your money . My time was not well spent here. Just stayed hoping I enjoyed my time . The guy charging us at the register told us do you want to go home or pay $40 each because there’s a line behind you . It was definitely not a good time . They ruined my weekend.

I hope this business changes and becomes an honest business that cares for...

Terrible experience at this club. While dancing, someone snuck behind me and stole my phone right out of my back pocket. I turned around quickly, but in a big, crowded space, it’s impossible to know who did it. I wasn’t even drunk—I was sober—but these thieves seem to work within the club, stalking people until they see an opportunity. Once you slip up even slightly, boom, your phone is gone.

Afterward, I learned this place is notorious for phone theft, and security does absolutely nothing about it. Even worse, there are rumors that some staff might be involved. That night, I saw several others complaining about their stolen phones, but the staff seemed indifferent, letting this continue.

This feels like a scam – as if phone theft is part of their business model. For the overpriced entry and drinks, it’s not worth the stress or risk. Avoid this place unless you want to lose your phone and have a...

Hello, I had a terrible experience with this club and I highly recommend to reconsider. The organizers of the club prioritize money and it’s very evident and obvious. The promoters will advertise “Free Entry Until 10 P.M. with Free RSVP”, but we arrived earlier than the given time to ensure we made it for the free entry. The line was full and curved around the building, and while we waited there was no movement unless it was due to people leaving, or paying “skip the line” admission which the workers would randomly offer for $30. Also, workers would pass by the line and remind people that admission is $20 if you don’t make it inside before the time regardless if you have RSVP.
