HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Went to this place last night and was a horrible experience. At first they are super nice to you so we decided to get bottle service. The music was good and so was the ambiance but once they put us in our table and brought us the liquor menu they didn’t have the bottle we wanted. Which the girl at the front that took our payment assured us because we asked if they had Tequila Don Julio 70 and she said yes. We were very disappointed and honestly didn’t like any of the bottles they did have which wasn’t a big variety seeing how they kept saying they were sold out of almost everything. I don’t see how that’s possible if we were the only people at the bottle service area. So we decided to leave and find a place where they had what we wanted to drink. When we went back to the cashier and asked for our money back that we had payed for the bottle they did not have. Keep in mind we did not even get served one cup of water that whole time we were there at the bottle service area. She called her manager and he stated they did not give refunds and all he can say was sorry we don’t give refunds. I still can’t believe that he refused to give us our money back for a service we did not receive. Their was no fine print stating no refunds and the cashier who took our payment guaranteed us that they had the bottle we wanted. We argued back and forward a few times until finally I decided to file a claim with my bank. It is criminal to charge you for a service you did not receive yet alone tell you they have something they fully know they do not have them try to give you a cheap tequila for the same price . I do not recommend this place at all they literally steel your money then refuse to...
Read moreStaff is rude and the QR code scanning to get in is ridiculous. They demand that you scan a QR code in order to get in I said I declined (I scan it constantly when I go) but was told I could not enter. After I requested to speak to a manager the worker almost assaulted me (short hair stocky white guy). he thru his sign on the floor and yelled at me as he walked towards me and went ballistic and some other workers had to hold him back and took him away. Keep in mind I have coming to this place since they first opened when West departed from Oasis but slowly this place has been going down the drain. $20.00 dollars to go in to a place that's ok not great and over priced drinks your ambiance would go further at another club around the way like Carnaval. The manager Miguel said well its mandatory "Kinda like if I go to your house I need to follow your rules, so do you want to come in or not" I said aren't you going to address your worker who almost assaulting me? I told him I don't assault anyone while I'm at my job and on the clock, hesitated and say yea I'll talk to him. And they lie when they say its for keeping track of how many people come in because during this ordeal the worker let people in with out scanning the QR code and the person who gives you the wrist band keeps track as she told another worker I was number 98 before scanning the QR code. This place used to get good and packed now its slowly declining and now I now why.
*What breaks my heart is that you respond back to the reviews in a condescending matter no business would do that. Let us know when you file bankruptcy and you're 80yrld a $$...
Read moreTruly disappointed by this place. I’ve been coming here at 19 and turned 21 this week, and decided to spend my birthday here to let loose and have fun. Upon being called on stage as well as one of my friends and another man, we walked the stage and as my friend took her turn to walk the stage, she got SA’ed by the other man in front of all the people that were watching the stage. It was truly an alarming and uncomfortable situation. Shortly after, my friend’s girlfriend decided to talk to the security and owner of this place about this uncomfortable experience to which they did nothing about it and replied “what would you like us to do with this situation.” And if things didn’t turn worse, the club decided to POST A VIDEO of the whole situation on their Instagram page knowing good and well what happened and visibly seeing my friend’s uncomfortable reaction on film.
We call the club hoping to get the video taken down or at least cut the uncomfortable footage out, to which they said “We have signs in the front that explain we film and post to promote our club” and they refused to delete or crop the video because “it’s already out.” Truly disgusting for a nightclub to not care for its customers and exploit them to gain popularity.
This was the only local LGBTQ+ club where I felt safe and comfortable to have a good time at and now I will not be coming back anymore because of this...
