I was so excited to finally go to this store. My 1st visit was rocky. No one really helped me when I asked questions until the lady came out. She was amazing and made the meh experience better. Then the owner showed up & he was the most kind and helpful. He got me a box for my order and helped me to my car. I just did my 2nd visit and am not impressed. Prices changed. I inquired about pre-ordering flowers in bilk for an event im holding for my child and due to valentines coming up wthey didnt want to take thr order " due to the prices going up". While the guy was kinda helpful h he went to ask and got distracted by a cute girl & stayed flirting with her then to get the question answered They would loose money if i ordered them at current costs.i asked what's the difference in cost. 25$ to over 60$, so much for wholesale prices! I needed help with looking at the glass cases as I couldn't pick them up & it was a hassle for the lady and she gave a bad attitude about it & the eye rolls! Never got the help I had asked for. This set of roses had mold in 8 of them in package 1. Package 2 had 10 with mold. Overall while prices and items in stock are fair, I'm unsure if the lack of customer service & lack consistent prices lists are enough to keep...

My aunt and I had the most amazing experience buying flowers at United Flowers Wholesale. It was our first time placing such a big order of fresh flowers for my wedding but the staff was super helpful. The workers were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. They helped us with the process of ordering flowers in advance. If they didn’t have it on the floor, they will notify you if their suppliers have it. Since we did have a huge order, our whole order didn’t arrive all together but the staff will definitely let you know when the rest of the order is expected. The quality and the price of the flowers are fair and vibrant. My aunt and I saved so much money, making our own bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, and boutonnières. It was stressful but the end results were beautiful. They photograph well! Thank you United Flower Wholesale and team for making my wedding day beautiful!

So I came here for the convince that they could take my last minute order and have it ready on Labor Day.

Did they have it ready? Yeah. Were the flowers pretty, sure. I had one broken Billy ball, but the rest was fine.

Would I come back, probably not. Their refrigerator selection isn’t that great.

They told me over the phone that they couldn’t order purple lisianthus, but they had some in their fridge…. However, it was already on its way out/ rotting ..

However, what annoyed me the most was the low energy and rude awkwardness of the person in the front counter. I didn’t get her name, but had a clear distinctive short haircut..
