Office Depot — Attraction in Pompano Beach

I went into store  #19 tonight, 954 E MCNAB road, and was refused service. I purchase print products a couple times a week at this location. I have never had an issue before, and am always very happy with the print products that I purchase from here. Today, I went in about 5pm, Jan 30th, and went up to the print counter as I normally do, and since the self print area only prints regular 8 by 11 paper, I always email my PDF to office depots website, and they print my document large- I told the young man I had a document that I emailed to them, and asked if they would print me one 16x20 on 32 lb paper. As I normally do.  He told me they no longer accept emails, and If I wanted to print it, I would need to bring my own USB drive. I let him know I just emailed items last week that were printed by email, and was not aware of the change, and since I needed the item the next day, I asked if since Im in store regularly, and do not have it on a USB, If he could just this one time print from email for me. He said no, but I could talk to his manager- So a woman came out, and after I told her I wasnt aware and next time Ill bring it on a USB, she said yes we can this one time- So then the young man went to the email and opened my file, and took about 20 minutes messing with the laser printer, Im not sure if he knew how to use it, then he came back to the screen, and said, there is a starbucks logo on it, we are not allowed to print it. I went to school for web design and I fully understand copyright laws, and the tiny starbucks logo on my poster was purchased by me on the adobe stock photo program, So I owned the right to use that image. I need this poster not for marketing, but for a challenge at work-with a starbucks prize- and they refused to print it- the man that was the manager at first told me it was fine- then the woman came back and said no we cannot. I spend hundreds at your store printing items that I design, and as I told them, I am in there often, and live right next store, but they still said they cannot- I am very upset with the service I received today, and I'm not sure I will even go back in there unless you decide to make this right somehow. Terrible customer service. I had "bought" a printer at a Office Depot 6 miles down the road. The original purchase was not on site so they ordered it an had it shipped to our home. Upon arrival the printer was not what we needed, I brought it back to Office Depot in Pompano Beach and after several minutes was told by the manager I needed to return it at the store I bought it. I explained I did not 'buy' it at a store, the Ft Lauderdale store ordered it online and shipped it to me. The Pompano manager stated 'sorry, you need to go back there'. It was 30 minutes away. You can imagine what happened when I drove to Ft Lauderdale and told them what happened, yup, the Ft Lauderdale manager stated 'they could have done the return at Pompano, you have all the paperwork including the online order number'.
