If you’re looking for a top notch, out of this world DELICIOUS pizza place then look no further than The Doughfellas! My husband and I are quite the traveling pizza critics and we could find no fault with this pizza pie! The owners Daphne and Andre are so nice and you can see the passion and hard work they put into their business. Quality is of utmost importance and they definitely don’t sacrifice that in their ingredients.
We arrived on a Monday night and ate inside. It was very clean, updated and well organized. Placing our order was a pleasant and smooth process. We ordered a half margarita and half white pizza- both of which were signature pizzas. She warned us of the potential for some of the sauce to mix since it had two different sauces. We understood and accepted the risk gladly. Pizza came out quickly and nice and hot!
The pizza was made so well, both sauces were incredible. Perfect amount of sauce on both sides and the flavor in the crust was so good. No soggy bottom on this pizza! Thin and delicious. Toppings went very well together and the onions were cooked to perfection! The flavor in the basil also really popped and complimented both sauces nicely. The pizza was actually so good we came back the very next day! Consistency was spot on.

Read moreWe recently discovered this place on Yelp and are thrilled we did. We drove all the way from Coral Springs to try it out, and it was worth every mile. The highlight of our visit was meeting the owner, Andre, whose warmth and passion for pizza truly enhanced our experience. His enthusiasm was contagious and added a special touch to our meal. He greeted us when we walked in and was so nice and explained everything to us. He also treated us with a nice chocolate mouse desert.
We tried the pizza at Doughfellas, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was unmistakably homemade, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience made even more memorable by a wonderful owner.

Read moreDecided to try this neighborhood restaurant 2or3 weeks ago for a take out Margarita pizza. Most reviews gave good ratings. We were told 30-40 minutes, so we arrived 25 minutes after the call was placed. Entered the establishment, paid for the order and then the staff did not know where the pizza was.. Approximately 10 minutes or so passed and we were told it was re-warming in the oven. Why did it need to be re-warmed when we arrived early? Neapolitan style pizza crust texture changes as it sits and does not taste the same after reheating.
The sauce and cheese were okay. Basil was burned. Long story short, my husband paid me a great compliment! He proclaimed that my homemade Neapolitan crust/Margarita pizza is much better!
Perhaps the next time we want pizza and no poolish/dough is in process, we should try dining in the restaurant and hope the pizza leaves the oven and comes straight to the table. This would allow us to rate a freshly made pie.
