Too bad this store is NOT located in Homestead! But, once a month, i can drive 1 hour each way to get the worlds best kabanosy! For $12/lb, it's the best $12 you'll ever spend! The smoky aftertaste just lingers inside your mouth for hours.. Yummy! The smoked kabanosy are the best ones i've ever had and i had plenty, i'm 44 years old and been to many countries that make them but these tickle my fancy! Here is my sunday happy meal plate: Crinkle fries from Winn-Dixie, yellow onion, red and white horseradish. Cheapest air fryer set to 400 for 15 minutes. Top that off with 3 sticks of this smoked kabanos and it's christmas every sunday!

Great little deli and a restaurant. Always fresh home-made comfort food from Polish kitchen. Love the selection of cold cuts kielbasa, always eat-in to get the freshest from the granny working in the kitchen in the back, and buy prepared food to take home. Highly recommend their hand-made pierogi which I buy frozen and cook 15 min in boiling water at home. My fav are meat pierogi, potato, cabbage + mushrooms, and tart cherry. Do try, you won't be disappointed and will surely go back. Thank you for your hard work and tasty food!

Patrons BEWARE
I never write reviews but this time it’s a must. I brought my mother who loves Polish food to have some lunch and to start there was no greeting or friendliness whatsoever. Ok that fine we all have different personalities. I thought maybe it’s a cultural thing. So I asked the woman behind the counter to tell us the type of hot food that was prepared today and she acted like we were bothering her, rushing us through ordering and also being a little pushy on adding more food to the plates. To the point where I had to say we don’t eat that much, thank you.

We paid (what seemed to be very overpriced) and tipped (I regret that now). My mom wanted some red borscht soup which said “buy one get one free on the fridge”, so I brought two containers up to the register to pay. The SAME woman who rang us up not even 15 minutes before told me the total for the two soups was $50 and change, trying to charge us twice for the meal we already paid for and the soup. I explained to her we already paid, and that she was the one who rang us up, and she blamed it on “using the second computer” instead of the original one that she rang us up on. (How that matters I have no idea)
so then she rang us up for the soup and it came to $13 and change. I told her it was buy one get one free as written IN HANDWRITING on the refrigerator door and she told me that that was impossible so I brought her to the refrigerator door and showed her in black-and-white that it said “red borscht soups buy one get one free”and still she told me that that wasn’t supposed to be, but she would “allow” it this time! What in the actual
.

Needless to say reading all the other reviews it looks like they like to sell expired food and im not the only one that has had a bad experience. If you choose to go, be sure to read and keep your receipts cause they’re banking on you to not pay attention. Also food was mediocre at best. Let’s pray we don’t have the runs.

UPDATE : the owner’s response doesn’t even address the main concern at the fact that the same person deliberately and knowingly tried to charged me twice and not honor their own sale of Buy one get one products — which they wrote in English. English may not be their first language but I assure you they speak and understand perfectly. Shady is shady in every...

My husband and I wanted to get some barbecue for our second day of our vacation so we found blue Willis. We Arrived and saw another place called the old world polish deli. We both love polish food as we are retired chefs so we decided to go there after we picked up our barbecue ! 15 minutes later we attempted to enter the deli only to watch the owner pull down the shade and turn the sign to closed. 😞 Five steps later a truck is behind my truck blocking me in and putting a boot on the wheel. A very unpleasant sort informing me that my truck is being towed for parking in the delis lot.!! Even though it was closed !!! After many plea's he said I could pay $65.00 to stop my truck from being towed. Wow what a way to do business. Really can't wait to go there . Whether he has good food or not and I hear it's really bad I would caution anyone from going there. It could have been really ugly since we had our dog in the truck. I will be lodging a complaint with the Broward parking authority for what's it's worth and maybe save others...

This place is the best! Reminds me of childhood flavors and great Polish food growing up in a Polish community decades ago in the Calumet City/Chicago area and hard to find good fresh traditional Polish cuisine in south Florida so I appreciate this little place! . They have a grocery store/deli with the best traditional smoked kielbasa (Outlaw Kielbasa is my favorite), yummy home made frozen Pierogis and soups or you can get yummy baked goods ( I always pick up fresh Kolachki cookies because they taste like homemade but so much easier to let them do the baking ). If you want a meal to go or sit down and eat they make Great fresh sandwiches that are full of meat and fresh ingredients or delicious hot soups or refreshing chill borscht or beet soups and a selection of hot , fresh homemade Polish foods ready to eat. Prices are great, great service , they are a clean bright little place to grab food ready to eat or ingredients take home and cook. A gem...
