THE SHOP LLC — Attraction in Pompano Beach

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE SHOP LLC! I ordered a center console from Clint on 6/3/22 and 2 yrs later I still have not received what I paid for!! I have been in contact with Clint (the company owner) consistently for the past 2 yrs, asking him time and time again about when I will receive my merchandise. Each time I have been promised over and over again that my console is being built, only to never receive my console.THESE RESPONSES FROM CLINT WERE ALL LIES!!! My understanding is there are roughly 6 or more people that are in the same situation and he owes consoles to these people also. I have asked for my money back and now he refuses to refund my money! Everything I have stated is fact! I can't stress enough to stay away from this company...you will regret it if you don't! So I would like to update my review of The Shop LLC and Clint the shop owner. As of 2 1/2 years I still do not have my Chevelle center console that was paid for in full. A couple months back I was told another lie that the console would be ready and shipping out by the end of 9/24. As usual, nothing was ever sent. I then confronted him on a post he had for another part he makes. As he always does, he blocked and or deleted the post. He then sent me a text on 10/14/24 that he finally had pieces together and was sending them out. Once again another lie, and nothing has been shipped out. He also stated to me that I can either love him or hate him! Clearly he has no desire to build my console and he obviously is not man enough to return my money. Once again I can not stress highly enough to not do business with Clint and The Shop, LLC! And just to satisfy anyone's curiosity that I'm making any of this up, I will be more than happy to show you the proof that I have that I've been ripped off to the tune...

After months and months of broken promises I am done. I can no longer fight the good fight. Having spent time his shop the disfunction is obvious and can't be ignored. Clint is a very talented and likable guy that can't be trusted. The products he makes are amazing but his addictions dominate his entire life. The aggravation, grief and disappointments I experienced over many months doing business with Clint I would not wish on anyone.Do yourself a big favor and avoid Clint and The Shop LLC. Some things aren't worth the trouble.

I've had good luck with these guys, their Chevelle dash is nice and their kick panels are as well (the small top point on mine was kind of flimsy and broke but when in place it's fine) and every time I've asked about something they've been helpful. Even sent me some extra bolts for some trim after I lost mine. I'm considering getting their console as well if making my own doesn't pan out. I'm not sure what customer service issues the other reviewers had but my experience was fine so far. It's easy to get mad about delays though, can't disagree with that, but I never really had any...
